Went Wednesday evening 5-7pm. First 3 or 4 other second no one else in. It is really sat watching so you need a warm coat or jumper on but that isn't an issue. Didn't have food but tea & coffee very expensive. Will definitely be going again. very nice & friendly. Great couple of hours, would like to say a big thank you to the gentleman from the office who helped me with the computer to sort out a waiver, I’m not at all tech savvy but the gentleman was great. Also the manning the trampolines are so great at doing what they do watching all the that are all over the place, fantastic thank you for a lovely morning. We went on a bank holiday, so can't comment on how busy it is normally, but it wasn't busy when we went and we were able to go on everything without being pushed out of the way (5 0-5 and 2 adults). had a great time. You can validate your parking and bounce for as long as your wrist bands allow. We went for 2 hours and had lunch there. There's an arcade area below, with the lockers (our locker was £4 for 2 hours). We also had flip out socks, which were especially useful for the kids. A great day out. Extremely poor conditions with signs everywhere to make extra money. First of all there are building works going on, we were greeted by a dumper truck coming out of the entrance filled with concrete. Watch out for the wire hanging from the wall near the door. Very safe ! Despite us having trampoline - my daughter and her friend were to get off the trampolines and buy ‘Flip Out socks’. I asked why and got it’s for health and safety and insurance purposes ?!?!?! This took 10 minutes of their jumping time. We took a bottle of water and got we couldn’t drink this as you can only drink or eat food purchased from Flip Out. Help working families out !!! Lastly, my daughter was she couldn’t go in her favourite section of Jump Works as she’s too tall, she’s 11 years old and 5 foot. So it was cornered off. If I could give zero stars I would . We Went at the weekend and because we had quite abit of snow we ended up being the only family in the whole trampoline park. Firstly, it was freezing, all of our feet were frozen it was difficult to stay the full two hours but we didn't want to let the down . Secondly, the (all themselves by the looks of it) were really unprofessional and rude. They followed us around and us off for every little thing . I was on a trampoline with my 18 month old showing him what to do and got off for two being on a trampoline ....again I will stress that there was nobody else in the place just us. My 3 year old son who has ASD kept trying to go into the restricted areas but he was fully supervised and when I caught up to him id get him off ASAP and could see this but still chose to make me feel uncomfortable follow us about and tell me off every this happened. He wasn't allowed on much to our disappointment and he couldn't just run around and have fun, he was really upset. The roof was leaking and pouring ice water onto the only inflatable he was allowed on, health and safety need to be informed of this as the inflatable was soaking and stunk. Place needs shutting down , it's not been looked after and is being run by that seemingly don't like kids.... 2 young lads turned up just after half 4 , their slot must have been 5pm, they tried to go on to play but got off immediately and to wait untill 5 even though only 5 us were the only ones their it was really petty. Won't ever be returning. Not special needs or child friendly . Fantastic place shame all the toilets and sinks was broken and out of use on a Sunday at 11am when there was a couple of large groups of there. Didn't affect me personally but other parents were not impressed. Cafe assistant was lovely and smiley dispite being stuck in on hot day Reception slow took ages to enter. looked miserable. Music was so loud couldn’t even hear talking amongst us in close proximity. Very dirty benches where had sat before but workers not cleaning the place properly . Dust on a lot of the equipment in the play area . Will not return again . Freezing and dirty. Extremely poor attitude of all staff. Didn’t get on the trampolines till around 4:20 as there was only one member of who was clearly struggling checking all families in. Any my child went to a station they were sent off as it was ‘closing’. I do not understand what I’m paying £50 for when everything opens and closes. Poor service and poor attitude of staff. Needs closings. Expensive for the Very expensive I though as it's geared for children. The cafe also very expensive and dirty. Tables needed scrubbing were lovely and really hospitable but the park is terrible. Only about 2/8 of it is actually a trampoline park. I went about 5 years ago and it was so much fun and they had so many trampolines but now they’ve wasted space with a whole football pitch and bumper cars for kids. The best part of the whole place was the total wipeout part. Another issue was that they wouldn’t unlock certain areas of the arena and would say it opens in 45 mins which is stupid because by that point your session is over Visited today with my family to celebrate Eid. My had fun but honestly speaking they are expensive. We have our own non slippery but the member forced us to buy flip out as per their policy that again added cost to the trip. We have to pay extra£15 for poor quality for 6 people. locker for the shoes are again charging prices so are using tables to put their shoes on🤦🏽‍♀️ Dirty tables and play areas are also not cleaned. Completely unhygienic. Complete waste of Saturday afternoon and appalled by this place. So many good and better places locally. Just an utter joke. There isn’t a member of above 18. No life skills or experience to offer any level of service. I paid in hindsight what was an absolute rip off. My session was for 2 hours from 2:00pm and we didn’t pass reception until 2:30. After which an another 15 minutes queuing for a locker (these where a joke) was charged £4 for something that you’d expect be standard. Then when we finally entered, most of the activitivies are either an additional charge or aren’t age appropriate. After half an of being in there, I was to go to reception by a 15 year old to buy their own branded for £5 a peace or had to leave as apparently only their brand keep you safe and void the warranty lol Despite being the exact same grip ha ha. All in all spent £60 for half an in the place which was basic but worst than that to finance a joke of a business which has no standards or service. I’ll never step into this place again or any other companies affiliated. As I said earlier so many better alternatives locally. Well Rude on the Reception. Paid £52 and the bumper Cars not working. And few areas were closed. Its freezing inside. No never again Great for the and a lovely little cafe. Only reason I on knocked a star off I because it’s but that is probably good for the bouncers. Absolute joke of a place. First visiting and was that disappointed we got a refund and went elsewhere even before the entered the actual trampoline area. The whole place was freezing, even the said its always like that. When we entered asked one the (staff) what our can enter to receive a blank stare to have to repeat our question 2 more to receive a response. We were we had to wait 25/30minutes so headed up to the cafe to have some food beforehand. We were served by an older lady who was actually lovely although she took half of our order and ran off to prepare it. We had to ask the other server to order some additional warm food which took several times of repeating ourselves to then have to repeat it a final for him to input into the till. 3 of the 4 meals ordered came out and were mediocre. The ketchup bottles were disgustingly filthy too!! We sat waiting the 4th for some before I went to the counter to see where it was to be greated with 2 members literally hugging the pizza oven because it's that cold. I asked where the 4th meal was and "oh its here" with the member pointing to the worktop. So whilst it was sat there going they were keeping themselves warm by hugging the oven. At this point my partner had had enough and went to request a refund. Absolutely joke of a place, don't waste your or money and go somewhere else. Experience not great member showed middle finger to a 9yr old infront of his sisters, then denied it happened. Parents please take care of your kids, definitely not a safe haven for kids. Horrible Experience never to set foot there again. Went todat for a visit with the children. We have been previously a couple of times over the years. Last being prob just over a year ago. So I ignored the recent bad reviews thinking cant be that bad. Unfortunately it was bad. The management was awful. I certainly didn't have fun. It definitely isn't sen friendly. Incredibly rude and unaware of that have additional needs. Waste of over £100. I won't be returning unless states under new management. This place could be run alot better. Sadly running the business in to the ground at this rate. Very bad place. they want you to pay money for everything even though we paid the session. there were no rule they are racist because there were some ladies who were not wearing the and the rest were paying extra for the socks. the entertainment seccion was only for 5 minutes and not everyone can have that which was not fair. i will never recommend this place to anyone and i will never go again here. Bad customer service, have to pay for like everything, no extra facility provided other than toilets that were free. Paid for an and only got half an hour, poor attitude from staff, most things were closed.The bathrooms were not clean at all! Very pricey and freezing, If i could give it a zero i would. Barley any around to help and no signs on the things that were closed. If I’m being honest I am appalled and won’t be returning here again, plenty of better places to go!!
