My daughter really enjoys coming here. It's a area. Really layout with some variety in layout. There is a small separate toddler space and There's an outdoor with a large trampoline, weather depending. The are friendly and the place is clean. It has decent food, chips, sausage, Toasties, coffee, fruit etc. The toilets are clean. They have a loyalty card which can be used on entry and the cafe to earn discounts on entry. They regularly have parties here and there's a small sensory room for babies, but I think this is an upcharge. They have a few Teddie/machines for toys etc. and a car/go kart driving section but again an up charge. My only criticism of this place and I say this as someone who comes 2-3 times a month. I would say it is expensive. There are other places in the northwest that are way bigger/advanced and more of a "day out" that are cheaper than this. The loyalty program helps alleviate this a bit but I feel it's a bit pricey. Other than that it really is good. Really space with plenty of room and a seating area. It’s also one of the cleanest plays I’ve been to, which really makes a difference. Price-wise, I do think it’s on the expensive side. You can only book for a 2-hour slot, but with a 2-year-old, an hour is usually enough. Paying £13 when you only stay for half that feels a bit steep — it’d be if there was a 1-hour option at a lower price. One thing that really needs changing is the £5 minimum spend on card payments. It’s 2025 — hardly anyone carries cash anymore, so that policy feels pretty outdated. Really enjoyed our visit to the today. I’ve never been to a whereby they had a table allocated for me, took me to that table and gave me a drinks / food menu to save me having to ask at the servery. All the I spoke to were friendly and helpful. I love the fact that you can see the whole of the frame from the tables that gives me peace of mind at all times. A bit cold to outside today but we will certainly give that a go when the weather is better. Another option. Oh and I had a bacon sandwich that was lovely. Recommend a visit. Amazing place. I went with a 3 and 7 year old, there was plenty for them to do. We stayed 4 hours and they still didn't want to leave. The new outside climbing equipment is a bit tricky but once they know what to do they love it. This as to be one of the best places we have been with my girls. They absolutely love it. The woman that owns it is amazing its an absolute Credit to her what she as created. The are welcoming and lovely they can't do enough for you. The food is really on a different level compared to other places we have been they use the best quality products. It is very and to see them going around sanitising was to see. The in and out are amazing its one of the best we have experienced. And my girls love the quad bikes. I would highly recommend you give this place a visit. Positives - kids loved the outdoor area, especially the trampoline and the water display. Football inside had my son entertained for a few hours, he loved it. Negatives - food was expensive, almost £8 for 2 mugs of chips, yes mugs! Expensive to get in, almost £30 for me and my 2 children and was charged £1.50 as I hadn't booked on line, bearing in mind it was quiet for a Sat afternoon. But I found admission is expensive compared to other plays which I would say have better facilities for toddlers. 0-4s is not 0-4s loads of older children running through and playing in there which makes it really difficult with a 1 year old nearly getting knocked over every 2 minutes. The and especially the owner was so friendly and made the whole experience stress free. Been bringing my daughter here since she was a baby, definitely the best in the area. Absolutely fantastic experience, we loved the relaxed atmosphere for Santa's breakfast, there was no pressure on the kids to interact which was fab for my shy 2 year old. The is really and well maintained. The smaller role room is also super and well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food was good. A little overpriced for food but you don't mind when the service and atmosphere are 5 star. A little disappointed... Outdoor (which is why we booked as had both areas of play) and role-playing room closed. Quite expensive for just play. Toddler items worn. The facilities are the best around, safe and clean.There is plenty to do for the kids and Adults get to relax and chat knowing they are safe.There are always plenty of who all seem to enjoy working there and all wear a name badge so I'd like to specially mention Cat ,Tracey and Samantha who I've met on numerous occasions. The team were so welcoming and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The was amazing spacious, clean, and with a fantastic outdoor (a rare find!). The toilet facilities were outstanding, especially for our children with SEN and disabilities. They even had a large changing facility with a proper bed, which made such a difference. We had a brilliant and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend! This is a lovely place, very and spacious but the price is not justified. £3.95 for any adult seems over the top. It cost us £19 for 2 adults and a 1 year old (23m). This is the same price as monthly passes for other similar plays. Only had kids food which was okay. Hot chocolate with marshmallows was nice. Excellent centre. indoor and also outdoor space. My two year old daughter loved climbing the frames and the go karts whilst my 6 month old enjoyed the sensory room. Not so good: Some older children got into the toddler and were quite boisterous, felt like there should be more supervision. Lots of members of on reception, could have done with one supervising the areas, or at least keeping an eye out. Queue for food was ridiculously slow, only one member of to take orders and make drinks. Whilst member appeared and friendly, they needed a bit more urgency in what they were doing. One member of stood making sweet cones that no one was ordering. She needed to stop and help make drinks to help get through the queue quicker. We had to leave early as it was just taking so long. My toddler was hungry and I knew there would be an additional wait once food was ordered so I gave up and left. Had fun with my grand daughter at party and play. The place is nice, are great. But with a disabled daughter a free carer should be included and the prices are just insane. It should not cost over £20 to take one child with her parents. Food and drink is also excessively priced so after a drink and a snack each it's easily over £30. establishment with very kind people particularly my waiter Cody who served me a delightful latte with a tulip on.
