Very reasonably priced, we always go first thing and its never been too busy. little place. 🌟 5-Star Review 🌟 We had my daughter’s 5th here and it was amazing! The play area was super clean, fun, and perfect for her age group. All the had such a and were entertained the entire time. The best part was the wonderful staff at the (Especially Katie). They were so friendly, helpful, and made everything run smoothly. You could tell they genuinely cared about making the day special. My daughter felt so celebrated and happy. I’m so glad we chose this place and would absolutely it to other parents. Place itself is pretty good for kids. Be careful when booking online. They put in tiny writing they may close at 5pm instead of 6pm and tell you after you've paid that you need to leave an hour early but still charge the same price. Claimed it was for a private but by 5.05pm had closed the shutters and turned off all the electric machines. Obviously just couldn't be bothered staying open so closed early. Visited with my 1yr old recently, He thoroughly enjoyed himself. Staff were friendly, they kept on top of the clearing of the tables, floors, etc. Reasonably priced, Parking was no issue, Nice little toddler area, 1 issue for me was the artificial grass floor in that area, I think it should be cushioned or soft type flooring for toddlers' play areas (personal opinion) Katie was a fantastic at my daughter's friends last weekend. She was super energetic and enthusiastic the loved her, everyone was very impressed! Thank you Katie you were brilliant! We booked the exclusive hire breakfast for our daughter's 6th party, and it was absolutely perfect. The had lots of playtime, and the breakfast menu was a huge hit! The hosts Elissa and Ava really got the excited, made our girl feel so special, and they even accommodated her wish to have pass the parcel as one of her games, without hesitation! The team are so open to tailoring the as you want it, so don't be afraid to ask. They gave us a courtesy call a few days before the to ask how they could make the experience extra special, asking what our daughter would want, really focussing on her, which I thought was such a nice touch. On the day they took care of everything, including cutting and wrapping up the cake for bags...all the routine stresses were taken off our hands 😊 Added bonus, if you have a Blue Light Card, you get a discount on bookings, too! It's a good sign when our daughter and her friends want to go back there and again, and so many of them want their parties there, too! Highly recommend. Brilliant and hosting by Teagan! She was so helpful, kind and super fun and bubbly with the kids. Took care of everything and made sure we didn’t have to worry. We had Kacie as pikachu and she did such a good job in that suit! The loved her! Had the best and a big thanks to our Katie! I couldn't thank the staff enough for the service they provided at my daughter's 1st and 2nd birthday. Katie, izzy, arron and Rob went above and beyond to make sure my girls and guest have a good party. I can't bounce play centre enough and I will 100% be returning for more parties in the future. We arrived early and was allowed in meaning we didn’t have to wait in the rain outside. Prices of food and drink are reasonable some play centres can be expensive. Overall it’s a place. This week I had my daughter’s here. It was a private hire event and our second at Bounce. Teagan was an again. She does so much to entertain a large group of children, from games, to the disco, and much more. Everyone had lots of fun and all the staff were extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend. We recently celebrated both my daughter and Son’s here, and it was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, the staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and clearly passionate about making sure everything ran smoothly. A special shoutout to Katie, our she’s truly the best in the whole world! Katie was full of energy, incredibly organized, and made every moment feel special for the kids. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and it made such a difference. The whole experience was stress-free, fun, and full of smiles. Everyone had a and adults alike. The food was absolutely lovely thankyou to the man in the kitchen, I think his name was Rob? The lady Alex who played Bluey was absolutely brilliant, really engaging with the children fantastic dance moves! And also Teagan, our personal from start to finish she was an absolute blast! Managed to keep the children engaged during disco which can be quite difficult with 2 year olds but she absolutely smashed it! We booked a private for 30 and they were so helpful with all my annoying questions 😅. Everything was amazing, and made my daughter’s day the very best. I was so happy we had Katie as our host, she’s the best available that I know from other friends parties. Nothing is too much for her, she is super friendly and so enthusiastic with the making their day amazing. She did everything and made us be at ease not needing to worry about anything. Kept the entertained whilst running the shift and keeping everything in order. She was also very alert to each child’s needs, Vinny doesn’t like dancing so he was picked to judge the games with Teagan, which he loved. Our Katie was brilliant and you couldn’t fault her, the absolutely loved her and she did an job at keeping them entertained. There was plenty of food and they catered to my son’s needs to give his a nice personalised touch. The had a lovely time, would highly recommend! Thank you ☺️ Visited Bounce over the weekend and we had a experience. My brother loves it and enjoys running around the castles and playing football. The toddler area looks for the younger ones, and we Bounce for children of all ages. The food menu has a good variety and I would highly ordering, despite being busy at the weekend the food is made and presented at high standards and brought to the table without having to wait too long. Even though it was quite busy the play centre was clean and the staff were on top of clearing tables and checking to ensure safety across the castles. Overall, Bounce was a fantastic experience and I wouldn't hesitate to and come back to the play centre. We go to bounce and play weekly for dance lessons, but this week we had my girls 4th there and it was absolutely magical for her! Teagan, the was with Ariana aswell as her friends 🧡 💯 for birthdays. Aswell as weekly play sessions & other activities they hold, we spend half our free here 🤫😂🎀 Had my son's here today. Very pleased with the whole experience. Our host, Katie, was with the and they loved her. We also had a Chase character from Paw Patrol, who was also really good with the kids! I feel they really tailored it to my little one.
