Building is relatively new and in great historical area of Zemun. The production I saw was of high quality and I really enjoyed the perks such as having a cloak room and attendants. The only suggestion would be to have more people selling programmes/snacks during intermission and to have a bigger bar area for drinks and snacks as there isn't much around to get something during intermission, particularly for long productions. But otherwise its a great venue with high quality performances. The ambiance was inviting, and our son's performance was incredibly moving. The theater's acoustics were fantastic, making the experience even more memorable.
