Coffee tastes good, we didn’t order any food, but the beverages were OK. Nice place with a great view to the lake, service was fast and food was ok. We had omelette and goulash soup. Unfortunately they don’t accept cards. Simply terrifying! For the second try I had still received instead of a Long island ice tea a glass of coke with sugar (syrup). Trickery place :( No apologises even for a world! Shame kind of catering! We ordered a cheese and salami toastie which was pretty good to be fair, the staff however were absolutely shocking. Talk about bad manners and rudeness. I don't think I've ever been quite so disgusted. The drinks and food were literally slammed down on the table by the waitress who certainly needs some training on how to treat all customers equally. We had to ask for the bill more than once and at one point was told sorry we are busy with the kitchen so you'll have to wait. When we were finally acknowledged we were scowled at when we didn't have the right change. For goodness sake teach your staff some manners. Disgraceful. You deserve zero stars just for your appalling attitude!! The place looks nice and modern, and the serve quality food and drinks. However, the customer service definitely needs some work. They unlocked the front door, so I assumed they had opened. However, one of the workers told me that they were still closed, so as I tried to get my things together, she yelled out “Get up please! We are closed!” Beyond RUDE and IMPOLITE! In the USA when we close a place, we normally lock a door as well, and we definitely would not speak to a paying customer like this either. Customer service definitely needs some work and IMPROVEMENT. If you aren’t local, don’t waste your time or your money here, they don’t care about you and don’t want your business. Seriously the rudest staff in fact the grumpiest Austrians we have ever come across. We tried so hard to part with our hard earned money but they seemed to be uninterested in taking it. Food was dull and slammed on the table like we were an inconvenience to them. They seemed to be polite and friendly to the locals so clearly have a problem with foreigners. Terrible customer service, avoid at all costs unless you live in the town of course. Well we had a "pizza" here... It cost 15€ and was about 20 cm small and probably from a freezer.
