Mycket centralt läge att promenera över allt i gamla Visbyn. Visby is fantastic place for summer vacation. Must visit for all acandanavian friends. City comes to life in evening here. Different yacht parked across the harbor and amazing atmosphere. Must visit I love Visby :-) I will come back here again ! As a cruise terminal it's very good. 20 mins walk to the town centre. An easy walk even for people with walking issues. Låg med båt på den yttre piren. Båtplatsen helt ok. Lite otydligt med de utplacerade bojarna. Dock väldigt svårt att ta sig upp och ner till båten eftersom kajen var väldigt hög och vi fick försiktigt kasa oss ner över en gräs och träkant i mycket dåligt skick. Duschar och toalett i helt ok skick. Mycket fin service att kunna boka hamnbilen 1 timme för att kunna handla mat. Visby stad är magisk att besöka. Finns massor att se och göra. It's not the most modern harbor, but that's made up for by a brilliant, friendly, helpful harbormaster. After a day at the midsommar festen our children fall asleep in the parking lot neat the Gästhamnen. Looking att all this luxurious boats makes me wishing not buying one Det är en fin liten hamn för båtar. The location of Visby's guest is uniquely good. You can get to the city centre directly from the pier and are right in the middle of the summer hustle and bustle of the medieval city. The masters are available around the clock and can help you find a berth in the fairly large with lots of ferry traffic. Berths can be booked online via dockspot.com. The sanitary facilities, however, are very basic, poorly ventilated, not big enough for the number of berths available and have not been repaired for a long time. It could be a fine place for people who love this beautiful city, But we already experienced during two visits extremely loud parties from motorboat people until late at night. Complaints didn’t have any effect. Ok, it is an island and it is the capital. Berthing is ok. But given what the offers it is way too expensive. Good: you can get a free car for an hour or so for shopping. Very friendly and helpful harbourmaster.
