We went there just to loose some time on our way to Maribor and it was the best decision ever. The family is amazing. We had a with lots of wines and explanations. We also went into the celler where we tried some more wines. The wines are really good. We bought around 10 bottles and some jams also. Came a day early unannounced, but we were able to do a on the spot, which was and they were so sweet catering for our kids too, with apple juice and a little jam tasting. Gregor and his family are super friendly. Stayed on their campsite which is nice and level and with wifi, superb facilities (the shower is so big, it’s like a decent sized bathroom!) and the view is just absolutely stunning. They even had some toys to entertain our kids, which you don’t expect at a motorhome parking. When we come back to Slovenia this place is definitely on my list to revisit! PS Try the muscat wine! We had an amazing time here in the picturesque area with the extremely hospitable host. Learned all about their vineyard and had a wonderful time their delicious wines and local hors d’oerves (many homemade even!). Very generous with their throughout our entire stay here. We stayed on the camper site which had all facilities (clean showers and toilets, dishwashing sink, water, waste disposal) and was a location for us to visit Maribor from as well. The camp site is perfectly situated, with a view of the mountains and the owners are accommodating to every need. We would highly recommend it and hope to return back! Beautiful nature, and the owner is happy to sell their and salami. Expect a quiet place, and bring groceries with you because there's no shop nearby. One of the best camps we've see on our journey.
