First time in Peniche and this coffee place jas absolutely blown me away with their amazing ambiance, cool setting and friendly staff. Really nice place to sit to catch a break or read a book whiles enjoying some music with services to go along with that. Sorry i have no food pictures, my galão and tosta mista was so that i gobbled it up immediately 😆 This café is the perfect place for an affordable and delicious breakfast. Incredible sandwiches and it was set up in a very cute manner (most of the offer-boards were handwritten). I would say that the price per quality is excellent and the portion size is more than you could wish for. My German companions were satisfied as well - a feat, not everyone can achieve. 5/5 can recommend. Come here if you want a wide selection of breakfast/ brunch and lunch items. The reviews seems quite opposite to my experience. The food came after wait of half an hour. Toasts were really not how they supposed to be. Salmon toast wasn’t with fresh slices of salmon but mashed salmon. And cheese was of so low quality that it just messed the taste of toast. Chicken toast was only with mayo and corn. Shake was tasteless and hot. The only thing was wedge potatoes that came even more late. The guy on the counter was kind though. Alot to improve in terms of food. Really nice cafe, delicous food and amazing staff. The young guy spoke English very well and could respond to any questions. Loved the second floor with the lovely view. As it was my first time in Peniche, this place was amazing. Beautiful and cozy restaurant with excellent and fresh food at reasonable prices. We came back to the restaurant for brunch, lunch and dinner. Nice and helpful staff speak perfectly English.
