Open 24/7, parking available for members. My friends and I always enjoy going in. The roof terrace is well heated and has views over Wolverhampton. Sports bar is big with alot of programs on the large TVs (mostly sport). Staff are great. Very nice to visit Staff so friendly I didn't plan to attend the Valentines event but the night was enjoyable. You will have to join with proof of ID prior to attending any functions on the premises. Polite, professional and friendly staff. Good size function room, interesting selection on the bar, comfortable atmosphere. A definate for 50 + events. Will attend again soon. She was giving me and my partner the dirtiest looks ever. There is no excuse for the mistreatment! Make sure that you train your staff because that is extremely unprofessional!!! Treating people who play in the casino and bring you money with disrespect will drown your business! Just a total waste of time going here unless you are rich!! Havent been for 12 months and was surprised to find that blackjack was now minimum bet of £5 and roulette was £1 minimum. Gets worse, after a worker opened a roulette table and changed some cash for us we placed our bets..they then told us that the minimum bet per spin is £10 per person!!!! What about £1 minimum that is plastered everywhere??! We decided that was obscene, cashed out and promptly left. Since it was rebranded the greed is evident. Our money simply was not enough and we left feeling humiliated. The jokes on them though, the staff outnumbered the customers about 7 to 1! The place was totally dead and I can certainly see why! There was 1 customer on the only table that was open and this was a saturday! We were made to feel like our money wasn't enough. Never again. 14 of us booked for a family meal, service, friendly and attentive. Food was and served quickly, staff made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Tonight I spent £700 and thought you know what I'm going to ask for a drink so I asked for the manager and actually had a worker came over and say no genting said no in such a rude attitude.
