Condover Hall I liked the venue. Particularly the multiple water fountains everywhere and the kind and helpful staff. The enjoyable and varied. The were encouraging and engaging. The games room and football courts were good for kids free time. Only few things to point out. The kids having the facility to lock themselves in their rooms was a concern. I thought the main meeting room was a bit dark, whilst enjoying the Harry Potter connection with the building. I don't think the dorm was attended to during the 4 days we were there. The bins weren't emptied. Infact you couldn't get anything in the bin after a couple of days, because it was so full. Also, the coffee, teas and sugar were never refilled during our stay. Food - Too much carbohydrates and not enough healthy options. The only way to avoid carbohydrates was to either not eat or just eat the salad. Activity sessions were a bit long. But I'm not sure if that is decided by us or them. Excellent 4 day residential. Great range of provided by talented instructors. The food is excellent and has a good range and the accommodation is clean, fresh and covers all the basics for comfort. We have had an absolute blast at Condover. As always the responded quickly and efficiently to all our needs. The catering was wonderful and the instructors and leaders were brilliant, friendly, fun and always made us feel we were in safe hands. Can't wait for our next visit! Fantastic place to take your class away for a residential. Superb with exceptional who are all professional, friendly and expertly trained. Big shout out for Lewis our lovely instructor. That accommodation was really clean and the food was excellent. A very well run establishment. Thank you for a fabulous 3 days. Our pupils loved it. Everything surpassed my expectations across the board: On booking the were super helpful and gave us everything that really made the trip special. It was so good to have use of the coffee lounge to have relaxed moments to bond as a group. were so helpful in setting up slates for our wine and cheese evening. The food was really good, and catered for all our (difficult) dietary needs. went out there way to make sure with allergies etc had things they could eat. Stef was FANTASTIC and kept checking in with us, and made us feel so welcomed. The were well run, and instructors were great. A special shout out to Charlie for all his energy and being such a good sport. Accommodation was great. Any small issues were really well and promptly dealt with. We had a great time! It was our first time visiting Condover hall. our SEN pupils had a fantastic time and had a go at everything. They can't wait to come back next year. The on site were great in supporting their needs and got them through some sticky situations. The from Oaktree school were very proud of all of them well done till the next time. Recommend going to Condover Hall -- 10*+ Excellent value for money, Great accommodation, lovely surroundings fun amazing throughout the centre. Everyone had so much fun and was sad to leave. This was the first residential for SSPC and hopefully we will continue to bring young people for years to come. We took 50 primary school to Condover Hall. A great experience for our children. All of the worked hard and were polite, helpful and kind to the children. Nothing was too much trouble. Our really enjoyed having the same instructor and they got to know the well. I would highly recommend.
