This is a great Gym, it has a lot of equipment and even swimming pools. I really recommend it. But please notice that information about the time of working in Google maps is quite not right, in the week it works until 9pm. Horrible experience. The swimming smells of a dump, the gym was closed for renovation and I was not informed of that when buying membership. One of the staff was attitudi and unpleasant to deal with. However group classes instructors are top class. It would be 5 stars but it needs renovation Overall gym has good equipment, has trainers you can choose from. It has a pool, 2 jacuzzi tubs and few saunas to chose from. Staff is helpful and on average talks in 3 languages, LT, EN, RU. This gym chain has a nice app that allows you to check how many people are in. Negatives- showers and changing room. Too crowded and showers need maintenance and renovation bad. Overall 4/5. The gym itself is not bad. Not too crowded, enough equipment. Nice staff. Have been a member for a few years now. However, the management is horrible and disgusting. If a client doesn't pay a monthly fee on time, management gives information to some third party scammer law agency that tries profit from the client by additional fees and threatening messages. Disgusting and greedy, the trust should always come first. At first, I gave 5 stars, but now I changed my mind, plus the monthly fee almost doubled. Not worth it, folks. Great. Everything you need if you want a relaxed gym/health club experience. No rush, no queues, all saunas and jacuzzis work and is relatively free in the evening. Machines are definitely not brand new, but do the job. Love it. Contains everything is needed for sports. Gym on the second floor, dressing rooms and a spa area with a swimming on the first floor. At the reception, Yulia has assisted me in perfect English and helped me with all my requests 👍 I've been coming to this gym regularly for two months. Machine-wise, it's well equipped, with accessories available such as resistance bands, yoga balls, dip belts, and a good number of dumbbells (two pairs per weight category), which people neatly put back in place. The locker room sometimes gets a bit too humid due to the and sauna area. A tragic, overpriced and a borderline scam "sports complex". The gym and all of it's machines are barely functional, old, dirty and disorganized. For Christ's sake - there was a bucket in the middle of the gym for over a month, collecting water from a leaking air conditioning pipe above. The changing rooms are dirty, moist and incredibly hot. There is no functioning ventilation - the doors are propped open with garbage bins to let some air in. The showers and floors are a swamp. The and saunas itself while dirty and really old were the only appeal this place had. However they recently shut it down because this massive company "cannot afford" to pay the risen electricity costs. They offered to drop a mere 10 euros off the monthly price, which would end up being around 30-40 euros a month for a barely functioning, pooless gym. Oh and god forbid you fall for any of their legal loop holes when it comes to closing or altering your contract. They will haund you, add extra fees and even send debt collection agencies after you. Though this is the same behaviour "Lemon Gym" demonstrates so maybe it has become wide spread now. Avoid this place at all costs. Predatory subscription practices: 1. the subscription is automatically renewed without explicit user consent; 2. the cancelation is only possible one month in advance without manual customer support intervention; 3. the customer support itself is unresponsive and takes days to respond to each inquiry - each interaction seemed to require unnecessary clarifications, which felt like a tactic to prolong the subscription period; 4. subscription fee itself does not even include the mandatory equipment needed to use their gym - you have to purchase special magnetic bracelet separately.
