Nice accomodations,very quiet only sounds of birds. Very close to the forest Great location but that's about the only positive... Living room upstairs is ok, but downstairs the rooms are terrible. Mold on the wallpaper, humid, dusty, tiny!! Shower was clogged, was barebones (only 2 rolls of toilet paper, nothing else), not very clean even though they charge EUR 300 for cleaning! Would never go back Peaceful and relaxing. In the nature. I enjoyed Vrijrijck vakantiepark. It was clean, comfortable and accessible. I would love to visit asap. We were looking so much forward to a great family summer vacation, all pictures and reviews sounded good. When arriving to the it was smelling very bad inside, it had a deep moisture smell. Thought it might needed some fresh air and we opened all windows and doors. It helped a bit. Next day we were out almost the whole day, and the problem was back in the evening. In the morning we felt really bad and had started to cough a lot, especially our two children. We looked around in the house, in corners under the beds, etc. and here we found several moisture catching devices and several spots with black fungus on the walls! During the day (Wednesday) we tried to get in contact with someone from the park, but the reception was closed, and no one responded to our calls, messages or emails. We decided to leave the park and go to a hotel, as we felt bad being in the house. The next day no one from the park tried to call us or help us. So we ended our vacation and went back to our home. After several months with many mails back and forth with the park, trying to get an understanding of our experience and accept of our claim, we have ended with no understanding at all from the Manager! Our claim has been handled very unprofessionally. I cannot on any level recommend Vrijrijck Vakantieparken, the pictures around did not show the right condition of the we were given, no one sould stay in such an unhealthy house. Wat een hondsberoerde klant-onvriendelijke manier van doen..niet bereikbaar 2 wkn lang, geen reactie op verzonden mails en toen ik persoonlijk naar het park toe reed om antwoord te krijgen op mijn vraag of ik er langere tijd zou kunnen huren werd ik gevoelsmatig de receptie uitgeblazen. Het werd heel duidelijk in t gesprek met de eigenaar dat hij maar aan 1 ding denkt. En dat is winst maximaliseren.
