Instead of bottled water, the lady gave him two jugs of tap water and charged him €7. What made it even worse was her comment after my wife confronted the charge of 7 eur for tap water —she said "He should have gone to the toilet to get water for free" As an entrepreneur, I understand the need to run a business, but exploiting a young child’s inexperience in this way is disheartening - a little help a little guidance .. goes a long way !!
