Pannekoekhuis Apeldoorn is an extremely friendly restaurant, the wait staff is courteous and kind to all, with the most amazing array of Dutch that I have seen. I always try to taste the local flavor, i started with mushroom toast and had a rabbit & deer pancake which was absolutely amazing!
