There are some bars in Vilnius, some I like (as bars) more than here, but there's absolutely nowhere which comes close to the superb range of in Nisha. There's a long list on tap, and then the fridges... notice the plural because there's loads of them, and they're full of rare-as-you-like (and bottles) from, literally, all over the world. I'm not sure I've seen such a range in many other bars anywhere in Europe, it really is mesmerising to gaze into the chilly depths and see what treasures you can discover! Yes, it's not cheap, but who said was? No-one did, and it's worth every cent for the chance to try you'll possibly never see again, both on tap and from cans. The best range in town and, probably, for a distance as well... simply excellent. If I have one issue it's there is no menu / list of cans! There are hundreds, all piled in with no order, and I'd love to know what's in the fridges but you can only see the front ones... a list would be I think. Used to come here for years, but it’s getting worse and worse. You can often be served warm IPAs from tap - and the owner will attempt convincing you that’s how you are supposed to drink it 🤣, or the taste will be way off (sour for a non-sour IPA) which suggests that the taps might not be regularly cleaned. If you add highly overpriced cans, it becomes even more underwhelming 😓 To respond to the comment from the bar: we know the bar and Vaidotas for many years. Last time we were there on June 7. And had the funny exchange about warm IPAs. Please. Don’t pretend that you don’t know about the issues. 🫣 Not to mention that taps must be cleaned every day, not only when you put a new keg on 😰 (then obviously you have to cleat the whole line) of beers. Also they don’t offer any hot drinks, which is a shame considering that not everyone enjoys beer. When I came with a bunch of friends there (who spent a lot of money there) and I asked if they can offer some tea (of any type) the negative response was with unpleasant attitude. Also, the toilet was disgusting. It stenched, someones pee was all over the floor and the seat. There was no toilet paper and no hand towels. Considering that costs 6-10 eur and above that, the owner and staff could put more effort into making the place more hygenic and welcoming. A lot of options on tap, and more choices in the coolers. My husband ordered a which took 5 minutes to pour a 3/4 glass as she told him it was the end of the barrel. When he brought it back because it was undrinkable just got another shrug, no refund, no apology and had to pay full price for replacement beer. Go elsewhere, anywhere but here. Would give zero stars if I could. At a total of 12euro, my husband's last drink was the second most expensive pint he's ever had!
