The Japanese in Vilnius is a charming spot to spend some time. Although it’s not very big, it offers a peaceful atmosphere perfect for a relaxing walk. The features a large pond, a kids’ playground, and a beautiful waterfall with Japanese carps, adding to its serene ambiance. It’s a lovely place to unwind and enjoy a bit of nature. Interesting, Japanes style garden-park not far from centre. Some dry & wet rivers and waterfalls, small lake, birds, fishes, places to chill & so on. Kids playground, grass and toilets. We missed the cherry blossoms. The rhododendrons are already blooming. An interesting idea: create your own melody. You will definitely succeed! The plays melodic sounds. There is an obstacle course, swings. A corner of nature in Japanese style in the center of a large European city. More of a Japanese imitation than a real thing, but it is a nice, green space in the middle of busy town - that is never a bad idea. We enjoyed the and water views. Maybe the worst part is a set of old, falling apart houses on the other side of the wire fence. People still live there but houses and grounds are in poor condition and in sharp contrast with this new, manicured garden. Developer should have built a privacy fence on that side of the park to both let inhabitants keep their privacy and visitors to enjoy the manicured park. A beautifully maintained park designed in a Japanese style. It's a great place for a stroll. A beautifully maintained park designed in a Japanese style. It's a great place for a stroll. Nice place to calm down, walk, or take a drink ir snack to. Weddings were also happening there. No big trees, but plenty of small pines, dry and dry river also a big with ducks. Cute playground, only instruments not playing well. Good place to rest in the centrum. Also no dogs, scooters allowed. They have WC. A new Japanese park close to center, perfect for calm during evenings or lunch break. Nice big pond. Opened recently, so some plants still need to grow. Keep in mind no cyclists are not allowed A very wonderful place for leisurely walks and peace in the middle of the city. Even the gardener's little assistants drive quietly so as not to disturb the comfort and measured life of the ducks in the pond. This beautifully maintained really impressed me with its tranquillity and thoughtful design. The pontoon bridge over the large was a charming touch, and it was quite calming to watch the ducks paddling around. The also features a playground that my children thoroughly enjoyed. But the highlight for me was the waterfall - such a soothing sight complementing the peaceful atmosphere of the garden. Absolutely awesome place!!! Recommend everyone visit it during the summer in Vilnius. The is not very big (about a 15 minute walk), but it fully brings you to the vibe and atmosphere of Japanese style and culture. Plus, it is unexpectedly located in the center, so it's easy to continue your after visiting this garden. The Japanese in Vilnius is a beautiful and relaxing escape. Its centerpiece is a serene with stunning reflections of a nearby building. The is free to visit and well-maintained, with perfectly mowed grass and well-cared-for amenities. There’s plenty to explore, from dry gardens to ponds, with informative signs at these features offering insights into Japanese culture and adding an educational element to the experience. Dogs are welcome, so you can bring your furry friend along—ours truly enjoyed it! The only drawback is the noise from nearby traffic, which disrupts the tranquility. Still, this is a lovely contrast to the urban surroundings and a must-visit spot. If you've ever wondered what a Japanese might look like if the budget ran out after planting a few cherry trees - this is your chance. It’s tiny, mostly barren, and the ‘Zen’ atmosphere gets lost somewhere between dry grass and a couple of confused rocks. A hill here, a pebble there - and voilà: discount Japan. There is a playground, which is great - except there's absolutely no shade, making it the perfect spot to gently roast your children on a sunny day. For real lovers, this is more of an exercise in lowering expectations. Everyone else: twenty minutes is plenty. Beautiful, peaceful, newer in the new town...a very short distance from the river. A wonderful place to relax so close to the center. The was clean, well kept and there were signs explaining the different parts and what they meant, but it was boring. There was not many plant or things like that. It felt bare Very beautiful and majestic. It looks like there is a lot of work put into creating and maintaining the Japanese garden.
