Maybe the worst part is a set of old, falling apart houses on the other side of the wire fence. People still live there but houses and grounds are in poor condition and in sharp contrast with this new, manicured garden. Developer should have built a privacy fence on that side of the park to both let inhabitants keep their privacy and visitors to enjoy the manicured park.
