Sind hier auf unserer Durchreise vorbeigekommen, weil wir auf der Suche nach einem richtigen Bäcker waren. Hier gibt es - auch laut Schild an der Tür (ähnlich wie in Deutschland bei den Innungsbäckereien) - noch echtes Handwerk. Wir waren leider kurz vor Ladenschuss hier, sodass es wenig Auswahl gab. Leider keine Zimtschnecke mehr vorhanden, aber die Hefeteile mit Kokos und Pudding (Skøleboller auf Norwegisch) waren sehr groß und echt lecker. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Kann ich sehr weiterempfehlen. Parken kann man direkt vor der Tür. Essen kann man mitnehmen oder vor Ort im Café genießen. Bardzo fajna piekarnia z opcja zjedzenia na miejscu. Godt utvalg av brød, kaker og lunsjmat. Blid, kompetent og hjelpsom betjening. Hygiene og renhold synes å være svært god. Anbefales! Øyvind Lyngås This is the second time I have been to this bakery when I have had the chance to travel to Kristiansund. The first time, I thought I was lucky to have such a good experience, but then when visiting here again over six months later and getting the same great experience from the service and quality of the goods made here, I realised that this is how things are run at this place - to the upper most quality and with customer service in mind! The bread made here is something special that you don’t find in any old bakery, especially the chain type bakeries located around the country here. Fresh and full of flavour, as one would find in many places down on the continent (Europe). The service by the folks working here is very, very good and this makes half of the experience. The only thing that would make it even better if it was in the city centre. While there were hardly any stores or cafés in the city, there are a lot outside of the city. It would be nicer if it was the other way around. I thinked ther was brisket but no brisket We were looking for a quick bite on our long journey when this place popped up along the route. Because of the location we expected not much, but the experience was super. The bread and the ingredients tasted super fresh and delicious. There was no vegetarian option in the display, but when we asked for the vegetarian options the nice staff offered to make a sandwich especially for us. We really appreciate how we were helped and enjoyed the sandwiches and sweets-to-go greatly. Das Beste. You should stop and taste it!
