I have ordered a watch from mediamarkt to Vienna. It's been traveling all across Germany, and a week later, it returned to the place from where it was sent. I am hopeful it will reach Vienna some day. This Company is a Scam. The Return Policy is 14 days and Nobody replies to emails or Phone. When i sent the product back was not deliverable. Using the Mediamarkt image to send products but not acting as an onset company. Horrible company. Order placed via MediaMarkt on 12 April. Silence after that. After 2 weeks of this silence I contacted customer service. They said they will try to send it in 2-4 business days. Got a notification that it was indeed sent, but now it's stuck somewhere. Stay away from this 'business' unless you want to wait for over a month or two for your order. Shipped a defective product for repair, but havent heard from them since they received the product. They are now attempting to hack my facebook account to delete my comments on their page. Goes to show their scammers. It wasn't even dispatched for 7 days so I bought another one from store and asked them for cancelation of order even before it was dispatched. They didn't accept my request and forcefully sent the order on the 8th day after order which according to dpd now says to have delivered at work on the day I was away and nowhere to be found. Horrible customer service, 0 accountability or support. Everything's totally fine, the package was delivered even earlier then expected. Thank you I bought a Samsung Smartphone from Tease Solutions via Saturn and to my surprise the service was excellent. Fast delivery , constant emails with info about the process and finally the delivery of the new product in top condition for a great price. I will be buying more from Tease Solutions.
