So many lego sets from Years past and today. From Star Wars to Castles to Lego Friends and more. Bricks to play with and sets also for sale. It is compact but truly astonishing. I thought it was going to be bigger to be honest. It's got a lot of lego models built up and on display behind glass. I think it was maybe someones hobby that grew into something bigger. There's a walkabout the museum and then a sit down session building blocks. My son loves Lego so he was a happy chappy. It was nice to get in out the hot sun and be able to sit down for a little while. It might find itself a new home with another aspect and thrive in the future. Go and see it anyway its good for the lego lovers. Not allowed to take photographs of the displays why I don't know. When you enter, the price will seem high. It was €6/5 when I went, and they tell you you've got an hour and you can't take photos. But walk round with a 4-12 year old and you'll see the magic. The k'nex theme park was unexpected and absorbing. The great piles of Lego to play with seem basic, but actually - when else do you get to just go nuts with 5 cubic feet of Lego on a table and not have to clear up?? When you realise how expensive Lego is and that this is not some kind of sponsored project, the price seems much more fair. Really friendly owner greeted us. It is more of a display of a huge Lego collection displayed in what seems to be a converted house. What is nice though, is that at the end there's tables full of Lego where the kids can build and play for as long as they like. If you or your child is a Lego enthusiast this place is worth a visit. It is a very impressive private collection of star wars,Lego City and Lego pirates among others.. We spent 40 minutes here and that was more than enough time. So it is short. Amazing displays of Lego (and K'Nex). You can build your own models at the tables afterwards. Very good value at €5 per adult. The shop is reasonably priced too. Wonderful place, quintessentially French, with loads for Lego enthusiasts young and old to enjoy! Really enjoyed seeing Lego models I remember from my own youth in the 80s/90s, along with a massive collection of modern Star Wars models, and best of all, the massive city which, if I understood correctly with my limited French, was entirely designed as well as built by the museum's Lego maestro. Also some cool KNex models, including one of the Twin Towers which is, er, quite something. Getting a chance to get stuck in to some Lego of your own at the end is the cherry on the cake. Highly recommended for anyone age 3+ looking to spend an hour out of the sun on a hot day! Its was ours second year visiting and we loved building something!
