Amazing place to chill with your friends. Food is great - huge variety of hipsterish street food. Wide choice of beverages - craft beers, cocktails, shots, wines. Staff is friendly as well. So if you want some peaceful time with your friends, or have a date - this is the place. A nice hip place located in the Vilnius old town, decorated with lots of wood and books of one of the greatest writers of our time. There is also a terrace outside for the sunny days. They have their own that’s brewed by the Švyturys brewery, it’s called a tear of Bukowsky and it’s totally worth a try. I agree with many previous comments. Nice concept and design. Cool toilet graffiti. Not so friendly bar staff, a little pricey and smells of fried oil. Perfect for a modern Bukowski love story, Made in Vilnius. Good Alabama hot dog. Was Hugh bread. I sat outside. Had to order inside. They had staff to bring out food but they did not take orders. Not easy if you go by yourself and want an other then your place might be taken Nice bar in Vilnius that has their own brewed beer. One fellow had indulged far too much, and was out of money, so I bought him a beer. He was very grateful, and interested when I showed him the map of New Mexico and other locations in the US. Doubt he remembers much of it though 😂 Great bar in the downtown. There is a table football for free. We tried pizza, it was good. Also we took red and liked it. Pizza was for 7 euros, 0,5 l of was about 8 euros. What a disgrace for Bukowski name. Cocktails full of water. Tried Negroni - sucked. Tried Long Island - totally sucked. Wasted bartenders and broken toilet is a part of the style. Do not recommend. Love this bar, one of the best! Not only is the space chaotic and the staff unfriendly, but the entire atmosphere is a messy, disorganized jumble. It's lost the comfortable vibe that made the old place so special Two of us came here for red wine. Apparently there was only left some for one glass, so one of us decided to have white instead. The bartender recommended one, said it’s a fancier one, etc. Then he mistook the order and poured two glasses of that white wine, we said whatever, good thing he made a discount lol. BUT once we tasted it, it was pure sweet cider :D I suppose someone from the staff has poured some into the empty bottle for takeaway and left it in the fridge, that’s how it got mixed up. Not the best experience :D Great selection of craft beer, both Baltic and from around Europe One Word: Disappointing I used to love this bar when it was at the old location. It had space — two floors, a lively street filled with people, and a proper chill vibe. You could sit outside, enjoy the old-school music, and just relax. Even when it was packed, you’d only wait a minute or maximum 10 for the toilet, and the bar staff were lightning-fast and professional. Now? Total downgrade. The new spot is cramped and chaotic. The music has switched to some weird mix of pop, hip-hop, and techno — not sure who they think their audience is now, but it’s not the same crowd. The line for the toilet cuts through half the bar, and it feels like you’re always standing in someone’s way. Same goes for getting a drink — you’re waiting forever while the bartenders stand around chatting. The terrace? Completely wasted. There’s barely anywhere to sit because of random boxes just lying around. No atmosphere, no comfort — just noise and confusion. Whatever made this place special is gone. This is not an upgrade, it’s a mess. Honestly, if you knew the old spot, this version feels like a parody. Be cautious if you’re considering working here. In my experience, I was not paid the full wages I was owed. Just sharing so others are aware before making a decision. Like lowkey goated bar, slightly expensive but apart from that incredible 11/10. Aperol spritz is terrible, tastes like bear. After we asked bartenders to change it, they refused. I arrived to the bar in the evening and ordered a beer. After having one sip from the glass, the female bartender started to command me like a concentration camp officer about where I should stand in the bar. It was very uncomfortable situation and I had to leave the bar after the one sip. Looks like they dont like foreigners here, maybe they treat locals better.
