It's a shame you can't get closer to the bull. Even though I was on coach trip so didn't get there till gone 11 there was still plenty of good view spots to choose from and I had plenty of space all round me to spread out. I am unsure on the prices on food and drink as bought my own as advised by the tour rep. which was great advise as I was a solo traveller so didn't have to keep asking strangers to look after my stuff. Though the few times I needed to the people around me were more than happy to do so. There are some nice cut outs in the fench for taking photo's which I think is a good idea, they must be great if you can get there early enough and have one for the race. I just used them for taking some nice track shots on way back to coach.
