It's well worth it. Amazing and helpful staff. Of course the food is so delicious. We will definitely come back hopefully not another 25 years. Sister pub of the Hartes Group, so food will be nice. was friendly and faster than in their other locations. It’s unfortunate that such a busy place doesn’t have the same vibe throughout. Front is tastefully decorated but the back bar feels very dated. Tables in the beer garden very dusty. Prices similar to the Dew Drop in Kill, however the cheese board was less generous especially when they charged €17. We popped in for a pint and light snack after a long hike. Just visiting the area but this place is worth a repeat visit. Very much like the atmosphere. Outdoor patio and lovely service. Friendly, attentive staff. Wonderful and varied menu. Try the loaded potato skins for a superb snack. (To those who complain about wait time- be patient. So many places are short staffed. Everyone is doing their best.) We’ve visited the Ballymore Inn a few times and have always loved the food, service, and atmosphere, so when it came to choosing a place for a special occasion, there was no doubt in our minds. The team went above and beyond, delighting our guests with top-tier food and service. This has truly become our go-to spot for family gatherings and special celebrations. A gorgeous cosy spot we've been to a couple of times. The food is great and the is exceptional. Friendly, warm and efficient. Didn't feel rushed, made to feel super welcome even though we didn't book in advance either time. Highly recommend this fabulous spot, can't wait to go back. Haven’t visited the Ballymore Inn in a while and don’t know why not!!! The food was delicious the menu has expanded and has something for everyone. I have to say the stand out was the manager Paul. He could not have been any more accommodating. We arrived a few minutes late and there wasn’t an issue in fact he recommended we have adding in the bar while he arranged a nicer table for us. Felt absolutely spoilt from arrival to departure. My only criticism was that the fire wasn’t lighting but I’m looking to autumn evenings in the Ballymore Inn Had a lovely dinner at the Ballymore Inn last night. Prices were reasonable and the staff were lovely. Nice atmosphere and tastefully designed. Would definitely recommend I hope you enjoy the food because for the staff, this place is a f nightmare. Literally paying us with a pizza, using us until we can’t anymore and then saying bye bye. They love hiring people for specific holidays but telling us permanent positions and then throwing us away like toilet paper We visited The Ballymore Inn today for Sunday Lunch it was our first time here and based on today we hope to return soon. Our experience consisted of a lovely warm welcome when we arrived, attentive friendly professional and the delicious food. I had the burger and it was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing, himself opted for the roast sirloin and said it was delicious. We had only planned on having a starter and main but enjoyed the food so much we had a dessert too which did not disappoint. We were in the Back Bar which had a lovely atmosphere. PS I loved the brown bread given with starter yummy The staff went above and beyond to make my birthday special! We rang ahead to notify them of my gluten and dairy allergy. The food was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend in general but especially if you have allergens.
