We had a fantastic stay and dining experience here. The room was gorgeous. It was huge and super comfy with a large bed, nespresso station, and a large bathroom. I wish we had stayed longer. The food was exquisite. It was the best massaman curry we've had in years! Service throughout was exceptional. First time visiting . The food was scrumptious to say the least. I asked for my steak well done and it was amazing will definitely be back Lovely place for Friday evening treat. The food is really good. Cajun chicken burger is delish and homemade chips were yum. The staff are very friendly and the lounge itself is really nice with a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend for great food and a nice Guinness. We stayed with them for a weekend & also had dinner at their Asian fusion restaurant. The accommodation was very nice: even though the outside doesn’t look great, the actual room was spacious & very comfortable. The restaurant was nice ( a bit on the pricey side) but, the food was tasty enough. Amazing food, wonderful atmosphere plus excellent staff Really lovely place to eat in the heart of Kildare town. Staff were incredibly friendly and easy going. Our table all enjoyed Thai dishes. The Thai red was so fragrant and tasty. Chose this gem 💎 based on the reviews and so glad we did. By the time I posted, I’ve tried 4 different seafood chowders throughout the republic. Cunningham’s is top shelf. Fresh prawns and fresh fish chunks in a broth that is not gummy but perfectly creamy and not overly salted. The pan fried sea bass was perfectly tender with crispy skin precisely the way it’s intended. And the massaman (curry) had great depth of flavour with perfect spice level. Generous portions all around. The only disappointment is we couldn’t try more on the menu. What a great find on our tour of the Emerald Isle 🇮🇪 We had an amazing experience! Food was very good. The chicken cashew was the best choice! I know, not something you'd expect at the best pub in Kildare, I was surprised as well. But, nevertheless, it's very good. The staff was very friendly, even for Irish standards. Glad I stopped here for a few hours. Had dinner there yesterday with my colleague, food was 10/10, recommend local IPA was 10/10, and service was 15/10. Tom is such a welcoming and nice gentleman Over in Kildare for work can’t recommend this place highly enough as the food is absolutely beautiful and staff are so friendly Tops .
