What really got us are the sweet people that work there. The waiters by the bar made us feel at home and want to come back. The waiter Bojan and the blond lady (not sure of her name) are extremely careful to make our stay even more comfortable. Rooms are beautiful and clean, and halls and the restroom downstairs are constantly being cleaned. The only flaw I'd say is that one waiter in the event area had a straight face, while one young guy was really professional. nice, new, tidy and, most importantly, clean hotel. exceptional staff at the very entrance. pleasant, helpful, smiling. elevator to the apartment which looks great. spacious bedroom, even more spacious living room, bathroom with jacuzzi, bidet, towels, baths, toilet paper (more than necessary). tv in both rooms. excellent heating. additional covers. safe, bathrobe, slippers. refreshments, chocolates in the mini bar. there is no water kettle (or at least we didn't see it in the crowd around the wedding), which you would expect, but since it is a bed and breakfast, and the restaurant is part of the hotel, you don't even need it. the food is high quality, tasty, there is a healthy part, and also our standard (eggs, cream, prosciutto, roast, ajvar, salads...). This area is known for exporting wood of very good quality. A medium-sized company with aspirations and a good prospect for expanding and improving production and turnover. Access to the city of Ivanjica still at an enviable level and during the winter period one should be very careful. The entrance to the company is also quite narrow and as in all mountainous areas, everything is quite narrow. The hotel owners are also owners of a wood production and processing company. The hotel is very decent with affordable prices. I was at a wedding party that took place in this restaurant. Food was great. However, the service lacked some hospitality. The waiters seemed to work decent but the management failed to give proper instructions. On the other hand, the waiters should be more friendly with guests. They can't keep their angry faces (almost each one) and transfer their negative energy to people they serve food and drinks. Some occasional smile or so should be a way to go. Good architecture (exterior) isn't enough to keep the business run well. People that work there should be the main reason why we visit this place. Unfortunately, the management of the restaurant doesn't understand the basics. I hope this will change in the future. I won't be visiting this place for some time, but once I decide to give them a chance again, I'll update the review. Interior design is far worse than I expected, compared to exterior which does look good. Please, note that all of this applies to the restaurant only, I haven't been to the rooms. P. S. A reminder to the management, if they ever read this, the food should be served to all visitors of the wedding party, not only to some more important people. Next time I'll bring my own food as I can't rely on your common sense.
