We booked a birthday party at Laserdome. I never faced with such a low organisational level. I would say no organisation at all. I, mom, needed to run and ask for everything, even to ask about where we need to wait for someone to come and pick us up. No engagement with the kids. After introduction we were preparing to play the game. I was with 8 and spelledare didn’t provide any help to fix vests for kids. It’s very strange and risky from the safety perspective! After our 2 first games we went back to the birthday room. No food served, and I needed to ask for it 2 times. Hungry waited for a food 15 minutes in a room with no music, no interaction and no Laserdome personal. When the staff came in, they put a huge pot with the hot boiled water on the table with the sausages and left it with with no adult surveillance. I’m so sorry, but what an irresponsible people are working at your place? Noone helped to serve hotdogs, so I did it by myself with a friend. I found out that part of the bread for the hotdogs have been hard and not fresh (probably old and warmed up twice). As a final point, staff forgot to give present-godis for kids. They remembered it at 16:00 when our birthday party was over and almost everyone left. Great! But they should lower the price to 80 for 32 minutes instead of 80 for 16 minutes! The organization was extremely poor, and it seemed like no one really knew what they were doing. Everything felt chaotic and uncoordinated, and questions were either answered incorrectly or not answered at all. Overall, it gave the impression that the main goal was to take people’s money rather than provide a proper service. I definitely cannot recommend this place. It was a successful birthday party. enjoyed themselves and the stuff was friendly.
