Upon arriving there to leave my dog for a few days, I was told that many of the dogs had kennel cough. Surely such information should have been given beforehand rather than leaving me with no other option than risking my dog getting it. If anything, the contagious dogs should have been quarantined. None of this was done, with epitomises the fact they truly only seem to about their own little business. Utterly disappointing given the reviews were otherwise good but clearly a place to avoid at all cost going forward. Great facilities, helpful staff and our dog seems very when he stays at Changdobels. Excellent day center and , great staff and our dog Sandy seems to enjoy the and love they are providing. Our dog Steve stayed with Changdobels in Taby twice now with a total of 20 days. He is a rescue dog that needs to find his way in new places. The caretakers at Changdobels really know how to make a dog feel comfortable, regardless the personality. This dog hotel/day is a place I would highly recommend and we will be back with Steve soon. My dog Molly had a great stay. Jocke and the rest of the staff were very kind and took excellent of her. The facility is spacious and well maintained. And I appreciate the updates and the fun posts on Instagram! We are to have found a nice place for Molly to go when we are traveling. We have brought our dog to Changdobels, Täby since he was 4 months old. Everyone there has been helpful, flexible, understanding and kind. Our dog is so to go there: we have used both the hunddagis and the hundhotel, and can strongly recommend both. So we found this place!! He has been so and relaxed since the moment we picked him up. His nails are nicely trimmed, his ears are nicely cleaned, and we really appreciated the handling of vaccination renewal during his stay. We will definitely book again for our next trip! This was not our first time boarding here and Björn has been very to go back on both return visits. This makes us as the owners much more relaxed when leaving for a trip. Always fun and comforting to see our dog on their Instagram too! We had an excellent experience with Changdobels pet hotel. The staffs professionalism and understanding truly stood out, making us feel completely at ease about leaving our beloved Zeus in their for 4 days. Highly recommended! -Shakila & Mobin We spent ages trying to find the right place for our little rescue dog and I am so, so we found Changdobels. She rushes in every time to greet everyone, and bounds out as anything when we pick her up. Jocke and the team really get to know the dogs and take great of them. All the dogs come out smiling and clearly have a great time. They are the only people I can leave R with without any anxiety whatsoever. Really recommend. Our place of trust to leave our dog Praia when going away. For a weekend or a long three weeks, she always loves to go to the hotel. Every time we arrive at the hotel she is running inside and giving kisses to everybody there.
