Food was average, great. Atmosphere overall great. Friendly staff, fresh and delicious food. The meat was tender, the ingredients fresh. The chicken in a grapefruit and orange sauce was unbelievable. It is a shame it comes on it own and if you want fries or potatoes you need to order them separately Artistai: Vilnius Behind the Tourist Trail If you’re the kind of traveller who likes to peel back the layers of a city, you need to put in the effort to find Artistai. It’s definitely off the typical tourist map, which is exactly why it’s so good. The journey there is part of the charm; you take a delightful, if slightly run-down, walk down the picturesque Šv. Kazimiero street. You feel like you're heading somewhere real, not just another polished stop. When you first approach, the place looks deceptively small, like a classic local watering hole. However, once you step inside, the pub opens up dramatically—it’s far larger than the exterior suggests, offering plenty of space to settle in. The vibe is immediately warm and welcoming. It has a wonderfully well-worn feel to it, the kind of place that’s seen a lot of conversations and doesn’t try to be anything it’s not. It’s genuinely comfortable. The alone makes the walk worthwhile. The bar staff are super helpful and happy to talk you through their extensive offerings. As a beer lover, I was thrilled by the sheer amount of choice and the genuinely reasonable prices (€4.50 🍺😀). But it's not just a beer spot; they clearly specialise in quality cocktails and have a selection of non-alcoholic beverages too, showing they cater to everyone. And while I wasn't eating that day, the food menu is surprisingly extensive, and I was given a strong recommendation from a local about their legendary weekend pizza special—definitely reason enough to return. What makes Artistai truly interesting is its clientele, which acts like a living clock. If you pop in on a weekday between 11:00 and 1:00, it’s mostly university students fueling up on lunch. This later shifts to office workers looking to unwind in the afternoon. Come evening, though, the place transforms into a lively, buzzing pub that can easily stay open past 2:00 in the morning, depending entirely on how busy the crowd keeps the staff. Finally, at weekends you are likely to find families with children enjoying a meal and some drinks with friends. Artistai is the sort of place that feels like a discovery. Skip the main square bars and dive into the true local atmosphere here; it’s a brilliant slice of authentic Vilnius life. Trendy places like this never improve over time, and they havent. Just not that great, everything from food, drink, service, vibe is average. Cosy restaurant tucked away in a side street in the old town. Food is very and the is excellent. Lots of young people on Saturday night and very quiet on Sunday night. Nothing fancy here. Everything was very average. The seating outside was nice. was mediocre. Beer was at least cheap. Food prices also very affordable. If it wasn’t fried it had no flavor. I came for the fried bread and cheese dip which is meant to be famous here. It was - pizza was simple but nice! The best place to eat or have a drink in the town. Conveniently located in the Old Town centre. It can fit lots of guests in a unexpectedly secluded yard or within refurbished cellars. This makes the place perfect for any kind of weather. There is a satisfactory choice of dishes including local food. Prices are moderate, especially comparing to places nearby (Town Hall is just round the corner). The is great, they are happy to accommodate unusual request and give advice. Fantastic place to visit every day of the stay. The food here sucks tbh. Way overpriced for some supermarket pizza or sandwich. I don't know why it has such reviews, the place itself is nice, but they need to redo their menu and do more than bare minimum. This place has a atmosphere and is reasonably priced. It's very pleasant to spend time here with its calm and beautiful music. The setting is wonderfully cozy; you truly feel at home. Its a nice place in heart of old town to have chat with friends. food, beer and beautiful yard. Food not tasty, long to wait, atmosphere A really place and friendly staff. Food was excellent and relatively reasonable We were looking for a place to watch football match in Vilnius, but in all pubs people refused to switch on the right channel. Here the girl put on football for us 🙏🏼 Chicken Avocado Salad and Carbonara were 10/10. Highly recommend this place! Absolutely loved the food and the atmosphere was amazing especially outside by the water fountain. The only slight negative was that we ordered starters and mains and expected the starters to come out before the mains, instead they decided to keep us waiting and only bring out the food when everything was done and so we had to wait a while and eventually ask them where it was. Make sure to tell them if you want your starters to be brought out before the mains. Once the food was ready it was stunning so I'll definitely be coming back again. We ordered 4 panini sandwiches, fish and chips and drinks. We waited 17 minutes for drinks and 46 minutes before all our orders were delivered 😣. Sandwiches were a little dry but overall tasty 👍, fish and chips were okay, but the sauce didn’t t really fit 🤨. We liked the atmosphere ☺️, but not the 😤 Very nice place in the old town, a bit hidden from busy tourist streets and therefore quiet. Average prices. Dog friendly. Tasty pizzas and tacos, vegetable salad with fantastic dressing. Definitely try their apple pie with ice cream. was also good. I really like it and the food is very amd tasty Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
