I came to Jakobsbergs Trafikskola with my foreign license and I'm very pleased that I have chosen this school. All staff is very professional and responsive - they are always happy to answer any questions and provide any additional help. Needless to say that their cars are new and well maintained. Within a short period of time I obtained all the necessary theoretical and practical skills that helped me to pass both Trafikverket exams from my first attempts. I would definitely this to everyone who is searching for a quality education! Wouldn't the for students wanting classes in English. Teachers were knowledgeable but I had 3 different teachers in a 4 class package and there was no sync/progress. Unfortunately, it did not work out for me, so left the school. I took a 3 lesson package here after my 1st failed attempt to brush up skill and get another opinion before the test. Peter was my instructor here. He is very experienced and gives a lot of emphasis towards the basics and fundamentals of driving. I would highly him for someone starting from level 0. Perfect service! I had to re-schedule my trianing sessions couple of times and they always helped me to find a suitable time. Harith in the reception is a nice guy always willing to help the trainees. Hasse was my training instructor and I can say he is the best. He has good attitude, patient and very much supportive, I do him. Bra upplägg med digital teorikurs. I am very mush satisfied with the service of the school. My training was along with my daily working days, so need some flexible schedule as I got here in this school. Positive: 1. Good teachers 2. My teacher Hasse was always calm, patient, and great at explaining, which really helped me feel confident. We practiced in the actual exam area, which made the real much easier. The is also very welcoming, the receptionist is always kind and helpful, and they even open on weekends without extra fees. I would definitely this to anyone learning to drive. They take their students very seriously and make sure to help you every step of the way to getting a driver’s license. I had the privilege of working with Peter, who is an amazing instructor with a lot of experience and care for his students, couldn’t be more satisfied! 5/5! Never given a bad review earlier but I will not this to anyone has limited tolerance to misbehaviour. The personnel in this are very rude. I had to cancel my lesson’s package which I had bought with this and lost money in the process. They even re-booked one of the cancelled lessons only to earn some free money. There is sparsely any teacher is available for giving lessons in English, which they should mention on their website for people who are taking lessons while working 100%. The instructor was motivating me to go for the automatic license instead of manual during the testlekion only because it is easier, which was strange. I was disappointed to see that how they were concerned only about their “business” and not about the students. Passed the this Monday!
