Training 8 min, 2 heats of 8 laps, pre-final 5 laps & final 12 laps as per their website), but the management is a total scam. First visit: They skipped the pre-final and short-changed us on laps. My advice is to stick to the plan that is mentioned in the website. Simple! Second visit: Pre-booked for 15:30 hours, but they delayed us for drop-ins, starting at 16:05 with no sign of apology. This place prioritizes drop-ins over pre-booked groups, and disregards their advertised race format. Attached is the SUPER GP format as per their website which they never run. Now that it is summer season, they have more walk-ins and spoil the Pre-booked experience. They did not give us back the money for this scam. Good thing: the karts are good and it is really a nice place if the management improves the way they run the races and treat customers. Utterly disappointed. One of the boys told him, he would take my kid out of the car if he made one more mistake. So my kid lost the interest to drive again. It happened on 20th October 2024 at around 13:00 to 14:00.
