Gymmet är bra däremot börjar soffor m.m. utanför bli mer än ofräscha. Personalen är särskilt serviceinriktad. Tyvärr håller deras gruppträning som de håller ute i gymhallen för hög volym. Gruppträningen stör oss vanliga gymbesökare med hög volym och envisa pipljud. Det hade ju varit lämpligt att sänka ljudet när vi som deltar i gruppträningen ber om det. Att hålla en högljudd aktivitet på kvällstid när det är som mest besökare är schysst mot oss andra. En trevlig medelväg är att sänka ljudet. Men icke. Det är personalen intresserade av. Det är tydligen okej att störa alla när det är Medleys personal som gör det. Mitt klagomål bemöttes med att jag och alla som störs av ljudvolymen ska gå andra tider dvs två kvällar i veckan. De meddelade också att det är skillnad om jag som besökare stör eller om deras personal spelar hög musik. Överväger att byta gym. Synd för detta är ett bra gym i övrigt. Något dyrt Rather expensive just for a swim.There is a large newish olympic size swimmingpool, hot tub (when it’s not full), a child play area, popular slides, cafe, gym, and diving boards. There are also instructor led swim and gym classes as well as ample parking. Note however not as easy access by public transport, but there are bus stops surrounding it’s perimeter. is very clean, with sooo many activities with different levels for all children. Staff is very polite and helpful. Food is good with reasonable prices. You could see yourself and the children spending the while day there🤣🥰🙌 Average experience. Hardly anyone follows "no shoes" in area, so there are very dirty floors for those who are bare foot.. Someone stole my boots but I caught her at check out area running and hiding- weird ambience.. Some showers are broken. Body wash is hardly ever refilled. Finding Parking is difficult on Tuesday, etc. days. Instructors are okay, but for practice is always busy. Toilets could be cleaner. Still managing with what we have available. Så bra ställe 💥 så varma barn pooler. Roliga rutschkanor. Passar alla åldrar. Great facility with kind and helpful staff and people. It has most of what I need for any type of excercise. It's pretty clean as well Nice selection of pools, with different depths. Something for everyone, fron smallest babies to adults. Excellent waterslides, jumping ramps, fountains. Recommended! Super!!! Besökte badet under nu under sportlovet och måste säga att jag blev imponerad över säkerheten! Många uppmärksamma badvakter som täckte badets alla områden. Bra temperatur i vattnet. Trevlig småbarns samt aktiviteter för lite äldre barn. Just när vi var där fanns det en hinderbana och det erbjöds att prova på konstsim. Inga överpriser för inträde eller i cafeterian. Defensivt värt ett återbesök trots att vi bor i närheten. I had an extremely good customer service experience! Nice staff and a phenomenal gym with very clean environment with tons of new equipment of many different varieties. I also like the gym hours - on week days they are open later - until 22:00 (or 21:00 during summer time). I have not gone to the swimming pool, but if you are looking for a top tier gym, then this is it! I love how many options there are to choose from in terms of equipment with lots of new machines recently added (as of June 2024). There's a place to stretch/warm up, tons of cardio machines (treadmills, stair master, bicycle, rowing, elliptical machine), free weights, just about a machine for anything you can think of (including the booty builder machine - my personal favorite!), and more :) Highly recommend! Mycket bra anlägning som tyvärr befolkas av alldeles för mycket fel personer. Har varit medlem i medley sedan ca 2008 i andra anlägningar, aldrig råkat ut för otrevliga agressiva typer. Faktummet är att jag har aldrig råkat ut för agresivitet i ngt gym i mitt liv och jag är en bit över 50. I Järfälla badet har jag råkat ut för riktigt otrevliga upplevelser i omklänningsrummet och i gymmet vid 2 tillfällen på mindre än ett år. Omklänningsrummet är alltid blött på gålvet för ingen respeterar det mest grundläggande, att man torkar i duschen innan man går in i omklänningsrummet. Poolen överutnytjas och poolschemat ändras hela tiden så att man ofta måste flytta flera gånger under en timmes pass. Clean, huge and friendly staff. Definitely recommended! They will close the lanes whenever they want and most of the times, there are schools so basically no time for visitors. Avoid it. One of the personal/staff come suddenly to me when I was in the mid of the in the Gym and asked with non professional way to show my cart subscription of course it was valid. I was feeling guilty and with his way coming to me and ask!!!! Then he asked me to follow him to the reception and take a photo. I have trained many year in different places I never experienced such behavior, the check-in usually in the main entrance and not when you start the training. I was even irritated with the impolite way how he dare to interrupt my and ask with such way. I followed the instruction and joined him to the reception and took photo, after he checked the cart validity. I come back to continue my but my mood was a bit down, then I went home. It’s not first time I see a non professional behavior against the customers from the some of the staffs in some situations especially in the pool.
