They apparently bakery all of them by themselves ( quoted on the wall ) maybe not modern as like many other places these days, but it has own charm. Semla was fresh and well portion of cream . Budapestbakelse was not too sweat, well balanced, many mandarin and tasty and soft & crispy hasselnötsbotten. Wanted to find a café for fika nearby. And this place was for all for adults and kids. Personalen (yngre tjej i kassan + man som oftast plockar disk) är oerhört oprofessionella, oflexibla och saknar helt känsla för god kundservice. Om du råkar komma 5 min efter deras dagens lunchtid (som det hände mig i fredags) förvänta dig inte att få dricka + kaffe (som vanligtvis ingår i dagens lunch) utan förvänta dig - att bli ifrågasatt när du ber om det (som stamkund ”vågar” man ställa den enkla frågan - eftersom du har betalat lunch där såååå många gånger tidigare, eller!?). Personalen på plats - agerade nästan aggressivt och mycket otrevligt (yngre tjej i kassan + manlig personal som oftast plockar disk) och min respons var - att begära pengarna tillbaka och lämna stället. Stället kräver tydligt ledarskap + personalen behöver upplysning om vad GOD kundservice betyder och hur man agerar för att behålla regelbundna, återkommande och lojala kunder.
