"I spent 6 days at Cascina Bellaria for the Silent Warrior and loved every minute of it. Marco was a really great teacher, his approach to martial arts is really inspiring and motivating. It was a great mix between mind and body work, through the daily morning meditation and the intense cardio and martial arts practice. Marco took the time to really point out what I should improve and pushed me to do better every day. I also had a very interesting session with Manu and discovered Animal Flow. The location helps a lot to disconnect and focus on whatever you want to achieve. Marco and Manu have a really peaceful and positive mindset that is contagious and rare.
