There are storage boxes for a deposit of 2 euros. There is a cafe. The ticket is sold for the whole day. We had planned this visit in advance as a family celebration. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The photos on Google Maps are misleading - they show a huge and exciting soft-play area that was the main reason we chose this place. Once inside, we asked at the reception and were told that this area is actually located in a completely different venue. By then, tickets were already bought and the kids were playing, so of course we stayed. Still, it feels unfair - the real soft-play here is much smaller, nothing like what the photos suggest. Considering the high price (even higher than in the UK, not London), I don’t think we would come back or recommend it. Such misleading photos should be removed, as they give the wrong impression and confuse families. The best idea ever! Leave the kids to have fun for as little as 10€ for all day, while you shopping next door! Kids have fun and you enjoy peace spending as much time in each shop as you want! Win- win situation! Nice skypark but really old nowadays and should be restored and the reception wasn't so good. They can't explain because it's some 17 yr old girls sitting there.
