River Nadiža is much warmer than river Soča and is perfect for refreshment in summer. I went there at a time when it wasn't crowded so that it was a very pleasant experience. It happened to be after a long drought so the level was lower than usual, showing a lot of rocky bottom that should not be seen in normal circumstances. The landscape around is beautiful. It's outside Kobarid and very close to the Italian border. Quite crowded place and first impressions weren't the best since I don't appreciate children screaming. But we got across the river and found the perfect, more quiet spot which had sand, shade and deep enough to swim in. Perfect chill temperature as well It seems like almost everyone there likes to be cramped in one spot. Parking is 1,5eur/h between 9.00 and 19.00 Great place to go for a swim.
