For bellyak you have to be in better shape, as you go alone, and while there is no real danger(beginner bellyak is done in the calmer upper section of the river), it might lead to frustration if you can't get the hang of it. Very good selection of everything white water related. This is the best shop in this field in 200 kms. The wife of the owner has a lot to learn in the customer service department but as she was just as mean in the last ten years chances are slim. If you are lucky you will interact with the owner or an employee. First rafting! We enjoyed very much:amazing landscape and river.
