I am writing to convey my deep dissatisfaction with the unacceptable lack of professionalism displayed by your staff during a recent visit. ​We were met with rudeness when we approached the cashier (an older woman with short grey hair). She responded to our polite inquiry with an abrupt "no," offered no assistance, and then proceeded to skip us to serve the customer behind us. ​Equally concerning was the failure of two other staff members (a young brunette and a young woman with black hair) to intervene, despite witnessing the cashier's dismissive and unprofessional behavior. ​This poor service forced us to leave your establishment. I urge you to immediately address this conduct with your team and ensure they receive proper training. I look forward to your prompt response on how you will rectify this situation. There were many options for this dish, which is very good! We noticed that in Slovenia, wherever you order any drink, whether it’s alcohol or coffee, they always bring it with a glass of water. Wonderful! If you were offered a choice of one thing: either good weather, or a beautiful view, or a good coffee with ice cream, what would you choose? That's right - all together! Especially if this combination costs less than 5 euros. That's exactly what we were given at a place with the unpretentious name of Snack Bar Under the Birch tree. By the way, the Strudel ice cream is simply fantastic! The only thing we missed was napkins. But we always have our own with us) We ordered the traditional Bled cream cake, white coffee and cocoa drink. The cake is really good 😋 We didn't wait too long either to have our orders taken or to have our orders, just less than 3 mins even if there were many people at that time.
