The seats are really tight that's the only reason I gave it 4 and not 5 stars. Everything is clean. Restrooms are clean. Sound is good. You have to pay extra 2.5 Eur per person or 5 Eur per 2 persons or 10 Eur per 4 persons to store your coat, to pay extra for parking, you pay extra 5 Eur per ticket then buying tickets online, the premises around are not super fancy but they still have free of charge WC... Please consider the acoustics and sound before buying tickets - this is not the only one place. Great venue for basketball games, previously used by Vilnius Rytas (when it was called Siemens Arena) and now by Vilnius Wolves. Equipped even for shows and events where I saw Depeche Mode a few years back. Modern design as all new arenas and spacious. Outside landscape is also very convenient with the parking arrangement and walking pathways, located very close to Ozas, one of the busiest shopping malls of the city. Good arena. Kaunas's is bigger, but one has better audience in my opinion. Piad cloakroom in a venue like this sounds like a joke. Because of that payment nonsense the queue lasts for very long time. My experience with this place related to the Cirque Du Soleil' performance. I had a seat at 102 section, 7 row, it's Delphi TV area, and I would say that view is great, hovewer the seats are too close, I was lucky and do not have neighbors but if I'd had I wouldn't have known where I should get my knees. Restrooms are clean and with enough space. Security staff is really polite and friendly. Good atmosphere when Rytas plays. Mean security, took away my food (unopened pack of chips) and told me to buy it in the instead, and the prices are insane 0.5l sprite for 4.9€ and they sell it with no cap, a pack of small chips 5€, very rough and uncomfortable, seats are small and cramped, The concert hall itself is really great and cool, but the amount of toilet cabins and cloakroom workers for this lot of people are just really embarrassing and hilarious Terrible queues to leave the coat (for money!), terrible queues to visit the toilets and again terrible queues to take the coat and leave this wonderful place Not sure if I will come here again, only in summer maybe The looks very cool!
