What a great way to spend 1hr 15 minutes. The changing village is great, there are stalls to change in and lockers to put your things, it cost £1 but you get that back after. It is clean and tidy, the is great for children and adults. There are plenty of lifeguards dotted around, and they put the wave machine on 4 times during our visit. The big side is great if your child is under 1 meter you can go down with them, over this and they can go on their own, it is totally safe with a lifeguard at the end at all times. They have a separate small section for smaller children. The main has lots of floats in for children to climb on or splash around on. £14.50 for 1 adult and 1 child, descent price. They also do family tickets too. Give the kids a treat and take them here if you are in the area. Visit to watch my grandson experience the with his mummy. I watched from the balcony with a coffee, which was very nice. The session was a 'family' session but seemed to be mostly kids of various ages having been dropped off by parents. The guards changed regularly and seemed attentive and efficient. It was disappointing that the small leaner was being used by people who didn't need it, and we're jumping in it and splashing a lot which prevented real learners from using it. The facilities seemed good and my grandson was interested in everything going on and managed a good 45 minutes in the before he was worn out. Geared toward toddlers – overpriced and underwhelming Kids up to about 8 years old might enjoy Malvern Splash, but it’s clearly designed with very young children in mind. The slide is short and uninspiring, the beach is tiny and really only suited for toddlers, and we weren’t allowed to do anything fun like stand on the floating mats. The facilities—showers, toilets, and changing rooms—were just about usable but definitely not clean. What really let us down was the strict 75-minute time limit, especially at such a steep price. You’re rushed through for what amounts to a shallow splash pool. Maybe it’s the Dutchie in me (we were visiting on holiday), but I’m used to full-day outings. This felt like poor value and not something we’d return to. Went to a floats and waves session today, the changing areas and reception were pleasant and clean but parts of the were clearly in need of some TLC. The water itself was the coldest I’ve ever experienced in a UK indoor and was definitely too cold for my 6yo who insisted we kept moving in order to keep warm — I agreed. I’m only giving three stars because as well as the above it was just overcrowded and at times didn’t feel safe. I was bashed into more times than I care to remember. We had fun, but won’t be going again. We’ll hold off for the waves at Bluestone… I've only used the pool, so feel as if it's not going to be an expansive review of the place. The seems really well laid out & could be a real asset to the area, unfortunately the is not kept well & was (during my visit) possibly the filthiest I've ever been to. My work has taken me all over the country over the years & I've used a lot of different facilities so don't take this as hyperbole. A real shame, as it could be a lovely venue Booking system is a joke. Rang up to state I have cash not money in the bank, may I book and pay at reception, was told no need to book online, what happened to cash payments and being able to pay when you arrive instead of paying fees and having to do it online only, website doesn’t state this either! Have never been but I guess the pools and play slides ect are great to use and would be a good fun session but My child now misses out cos they don’t let you pay at reception. On Sunday the 20th of July 2025 we held our daughters 10 birthday party at Malvern. We had the pool, slides and everything that goes with it and it was amazing!! The staff were so helpful. We had an issue with a melting birthday cake and they cleared a space in the fridge for me to put it and try to reassemble. The staff were friendly and professional. The facilities were brilliant too. Good: There is plenty of activities within the that make it fun and enjoyable for children and adults. The waves, several water features, large slide. The swimming and the is also warm. The staff are lovely, friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Not so good: The changing room is not overly clean, the showers are almost cold and are barely more than a trickle. In the there's often a lot of hairs and plasters floating about.
