Open to west bound winds, but still usually small or no waves at all. Shallow water. Good to go with children. You can also see ships inbound and outbound from the ports of Turku and Naantali on the fairway and on a pretty summer days also a lot of sailing yacths. Great quiet with forest next to it. Toilet & changing huts. Great beach. Highly recommend. I would give 5 stars if there was drinkable water and good toilets. The toilets there are old style without water, but with soil instead. Kudos to the school pupils who take care of that beach. It was spotless. Very beautiful and quite big beach. Sun, sand, open sea. Opens toward the west, so best sunshine in the afternoon or evening. Clean and never crowded due to fairly remote location. Great picnic place. Not really suitable for disabled visitors due to soft sand on hillside approach. quite ordinary place Scenic and sandy Very nice to swim at in the summer!
