This review is part of my travel blog from our vacation. EGCC was our fifth golf stop on our roadtip. I played Niitvalja in the morning nad came to play there afternoon. Course is situated away from higway, close to the see and Jagala river. Be prepared that next to the holes is quite big residential area and you also walk through it. First what caught my interest was quite nice and big clubhouse, like it very much, what did not fit for me was the white summer venue tent, nevertless. You park next to clubhouse and driving range, great. They do have 2 courses Sea and Stone, I played only Sea. Checking proces was fast, I could use my Golfpiste card there which was perfect and also they gave me discount on fee due the condition of greens, and it was deserved, since they worst what I seen so far on our roadtrip. Hopefully it will improve over the year. I join play with local guy, which was good for me. Course starts on small hill going down to sea level. First few holes are surrouinded by trees and than you reach links part of course, to come back bellow clubhouse for 9th green. Back nine starts just below it with nice shot to par3 green, and than you walk down to sea again. Course is not very difficult, since its open but you need to have stroke saver to be sure about distances and where do you hit, especially at sea level. Finishing next to clubhouse. Took a shower and have to say I enjoy sauna there in Baltic states at every cloakroom. Lunch after game at restaurant is must, had seafood soop. And also have to mention very friendly staff. The bonus for me were that I join for back nine 3 friendly local people 2 ladies 1 man, and I have lot of fun with them, so thank you for this and it improve my rating to 4 stars. Awesome club house and fabuluous views. Stone course greens could be better prepared, but then it is quite early in the season... Kena vaade Always to be there! The stone course is a bit windy but perfect for higher Handicap players. The sea course is more challenging and has sea views. Beautiful location and views excellent championship length golf courses (sea + stone). On par with anything in Scotland. Eco green keeping methods are commendable although quality of greens has been a weakness. Really nice golf club with a changing room and a sauna, bag storage and a restaurant. However the Stone Course seems basically abandoned in terms of maintenance, but it's gotten better as of late. I was very impressed! I took my two teenagers and Reine made our first experience golfing in the Baltics a wonderful experience. I felt very comfortable and welcome for my first experience on the greens. Greens are in good condition. Prices are reasonable and tee times can be found easily within an hour. Range is fine, sometimes the range computers malfunction but overall a pretty decent experience. course but… the rental set are low quality, beginners type and mine was additionally dirty… that really lowered the enjoyment of the game at this otherwise fantastic course. Reception said premium clubs rental set is possible to arrange if asked in advance.. Excellent for golfing, beautiful sceneries, a lot of butiful nature, well maintained courses. In July 2025, I had the pleasure of playing one round of golf with Michael and Tuuly at the Estonian Golf & Country Club. The course was beautiful, very enjoyable to play, and the view from the upper level outside the restaurant—especially at sunset—was simply breathtaking! I’d like to extend my gratitude to all the staff who made my visit so pleasant, with a special thank you to Trevor for his exceptional help. I also left a signed copy of my book for the Club.
