Omanikud on sõbralikud ja abivalmid ning võrreldes paljude muude kohtadega pealinnas on hinnad vägagi mõistlikud. Soovitan soojalt kui soovite Tallinna lähistel pulma pidada. The place is fine, but the communication with owners was very difficult. Ones we paid the money, they refused to pick up the phone, so was impossible to solve small problems and issues we had. A bit chilly in winter but the view is magical. I recently visited Endla Turismitalu in hopes of enjoying a relaxing sauna experience, but unfortunately, my visit was marred by a distinct lack of respect from the owner. Upon entering, the atmosphere seemed promising, with a clean and well-maintained facility. However, my optimism quickly dwindled as I interacted with the owner. Their attitude was dismissive, and I felt unwelcome from the start. When seeking assistance or information, the owner responded with impatience and a lack of courtesy, creating an uncomfortable environment. It's disheartening when the person responsible for a business fails to uphold basic standards of customer service and respect. I left feeling disappointed and disheartened, and I hope that the management addresses these issues to ensure a more positive experience for future visitors. Very poor customer service. I called them to book the venue for the wedding. Man who picked up the phone booked the date for us and said that we should email them to confirm it. We emailed them and straight away booked this date for the registration at the ministry. Soon we got their reply to our email, a lady said that apparently this day is already pre-booked and not by us, another couple was thinking about taking it. I asked how the hell it could happen and she didn’t explain. She also didn’t apologise, didn’t offer any solution and then just ignored my messages. So basically a man booked it for us but she pre-booked it for someone else and I guess gave it to them because she stopped replying to my emails. Very rude. I don’t understand how their business is still running. I was very surprised to see good reviews. Super koht, kus oma pulmapidu korraldada! Väga ilus ja hubane keskkond, imehea söök ning äärmiselt abivalmid ja sõbralikud teenindajad. Jäime rohkem kui rahule ja soovitame seda kohta kõigile, kes otsivad ideaalset paika oma tähtpäeva tähistamiseks! 🫶🏻 Nice place to have a great time 🙂 Kes soovib, et 2 kuud enne pulmapäeva peokoht alt hüppab või pehmelt öeldes teeb oma suhtumisega kõik selleks, et pidu seal toimuda ei saa ja peate uue koha samale kuupäevale leidma, siis Endla Talu on õige koht.. Lisaks 2 kuud enne pidu koha üles ütlemisele(kuigi kliendina olid meil kõik kohustused ja maksed alati õigeaegselt tehtud), sai mõlema omaniku, kuid eriti Joneli pool ka tulevane pruut parajalt maha tegemist, ülbitsemist ja väga labast ja nõmedat kõnepruuki nii meili kui telefoni teel. Samuti ei olnud võimalik nende inimestega isegi mitte nii suure ürituse pidamise raames leida kompromisse, tundus, et kõik pulmad peavad olema justkui ühesugused ja ainult ja just nii, nagu nemad seda ütlevad. Kindlasti ei soovita selle kohaga tegemist teha oma kogemusele põhinedes.
