Ho visitato la piccola di Riomaggiore in periodo invernale, l’accesso non è immediato, ma il fascino autentico ripaga ogni sforzo. Composta da ciottoli e scogli, con le sue acque limpide è un angolo selvaggio e suggestivo delle Cinque Terre. Very nice beach. Lots of pebbles, no sand. When the sea is rough it is difficult to swim (rocks!). Not very suitable with young kids... dogs also not allowed. La di Riomaggiore di trova all’estremo orientale del borgo. Passato il tunnel della stazione, si scende fino al porticciolo e si prende poi a sinistra, nei pressi dell’attracco dei traghetti delle Cinque Terre. Seguendo l’unica strada accanto alla scogliera a picco si giunge alla sassosa, sovrastata dal Centro di Osservazioni Naturalistiche di Torre Guardiola. La di Riomaggiore è abbastanza ampia e molto suggestiva. Ha una piccola doccia, da dove scende un filo d'acqua, ma non ha servizi di vigilanza e con il mare mosso può essesre pericoloso fare il bagno, soprattutto per i grossi sassi che si trovano sulla riva. Da un paio di scogli piatti a poca distanza dalla riva, è possibile fare tuffi. Inoltre con una bella nuotata in direzione Portovenere, in circa dieci minuti, si arriva alla grotta del Pescecane, un piccolo ma suggestivo anfratto. Poco più in là affiorano gli scogli della Lama Crexia, detta Macrexia. Un’altra stupenda, irraggiungibile via terra per lo stato del percorso, ormai molto pericoloso, è la spiaggia del Canneto, tra Punta Castagna e Punta del Cavo. Ci si arriva solamente via mare ed ha la particolarità di avere una cascata naturale di acqua dolce che scende dalla collina come una doccia naturale. Been realistic 2star beach,small and just not great.Beaches are soft sandy golden surface: Beautiful and antique place. I recommend to go in train or boat than a car. We tried all and the cheapest was the train while boat was costly then in car not a good idea but it depends where is your rest place .the is rocky . recommend to bring umbrella and a chair or something smooth to put on the top of the rock. Not just a towel more thicker i think . Bellissimo There was no parking below so we parked on the side of the road about 1.5km on top. There was a 3 tier hiking trial straight down, after a day at the it took us about 20 mins to climb those stairs back up. Wasn't too bad. without sand, only stones. Some are small and quite sharp. It is advisable to wear shoes for walking, otherwise there is a risk of injury. The waves can often be high and swimming can be dangerous. If a strong wave were to throw you onto a large rock, you could easily get hurt. During the summer, there are an insane amount of tourists here. Small stoney that gets very busy. Access from the marina, past the ferry landing area (you can't sit on the flat concrete landing area , but anywhere else is ok). There are to sit on if you are ok to climb over a few to find a good spot. Bring good sandals or shoes. The sea is clear. Sometimes, there is a little rough surf. There are swimming pool steps into / out of the water. Beware of just beneath the surface. if you like sandy beaches, this is not for you; head over to Monterosso, which has more of a bay, sandy beach. However, if you plan to relax and lie down, be aware that the shore is full of stones, so be prepared to feel them. Small and very crowded pebble beach. You either have to sit and relax on thousand of small stones or big rocks. Getting into the is very hard because there is so many big and waves are strong and you immediately fall into the onto the rocks. Riomaggiore is incredibly beautiful, with its colorful houses and stunning views. However, the sea here isn’t ideal for swimming, especially if you’re hoping to snorkel—it’s a bit too rocky. If you’re looking to swim and really enjoy the water, I’d recommend heading to Monterosso instead. It’s much better suited for a relaxing day at the beach! Great pebble Beach. Can be busy but can still be very nice during off hours to relax. Маленький, уединенный от города пляж из очень крупной гальки. Попасть на него можно всего по одной тропе вдоль моря.
