The and are impressive, relatively new and not yet depreciated. The are large, clean and with very comfortable beds. There is coffee and tea in the rooms, and free mineral water, which is great! The reception is very inconvenient. To get to our part of the we had to pass through the casino. There is an outdoor pool, but next to it there are vans with vinyl records, which is inappropriate for a 5-star hotel. The food - Sunday was good, but on Monday - a disaster. Almost no choice. There was only one type of bread. There was no choice of hot food. I think they have a problem with the organization. On Monday morning there were four at the entrance to the restaurant talking to each other, and at the same time there was no one to bring out spoons for tea or turn on the toaster for bread. When we were leaving, there were two at the reception, and when we left the keys they didn't even say goodbye. There was no "Are you satisfied?", "We will expect you again!". Some are constantly going somewhere, but I think they don't know what they are doing. The is for a short stay for Friday and Saturday nights. It is quiet during the week, but the service and food are not good. Apr 2025 🤞🏻 Mixed experience, but ended on a high note! 🙂 This was our second time staying at GoldenEye & Resort. We had a great time during our first visit, especially enjoying their generous free buffet breakfast, so we decided to return. However, our check-in experience on the first night (between 12am–1am) was disappointing. We couldn’t book online anymore because it had passed midnight. If we had booked before 12am, it probably would have been fine. The night staff told us we could only check in if we booked directly at the reception and charged us EUR 75 for the smallest — quite overpriced for what we got. Thankfully, the next day was a totally different experience. A different staff member at reception was very friendly and helpful. She was surprised by what we had gone through the night before, and to make it up to us, she upgraded our second-night (which we had booked online for around EUR 50) to an executive room. That kind gesture really made a difference. GoldenEye is a massive with around 500 rooms. They were also running a promotion during our stay — if you follow their social media, you get one free buffet meal (lunch or dinner), which we enjoyed. And if you miss the restaurant buffet, there’s a snack and drink area in the that’s also free for guests. The only downside is that smoking is allowed inside the casino. It would be much better if they offered a non-smoking area for guests who want to play without being around smoke. Despite the rough start, we appreciated how the daytime staff handled the situation and hope the continues to improve. We’d consider staying again — especially if they maintain the high standard of service we experienced on the second day. We have stayed here a couple of times and are booked in again for the end of August. Friendly staff, the food is good and the are lovely. Enjoy staying here. An exceptional and casino. We felt like movie stars. Upon arrival, you see an extraordinary building that actually doesn't look real but is like something out of a movie. The receptionist (Amra or something similar) is extremely friendly and despite the fact that there is no one else at the reception and many need him, he provides us with all the necessary information with a smile on his face. It is because of such workers that feel special and come back. The was extremely tastefully decorated, huge and sterilely clean. The bed is extremely comfortable and the bathroom is like from a magazine. The is large with lots of machines. We never waited for drinks and service. What surprised us the most was the incredible friendliness of all the employees, who really try to make you feel special. We were also surprised by the extremely good English of all the employees. We had and dinner. All the food was fresh and hot. We will definitely come back at the first opportunity. The is new and looks fancy. are cosy, good equipped and spacious. Personnel was quite welcoming but you can feel the lack of professionalism. But, in general, everything is absolutely fine until breakfast. Breakfast is a disaster. Here’s what you have: some vegetables, 2 sorts of olives, chicken ham, 2 cornflakes, some cheese and dairy, some stale bread and 2 jams. That’s it. I’ve been to dozens of hotels around the world, and genuinly saying: this was the worst ever. I stayed at this for a week during a business trip. The is beautiful both inside and out, with an impressive and grand appearance. The facilities and overall impression were great. However, what really disappointed me was the cleanliness of the room. The mirrors were smudged, there was dust on the furniture, and visible water stains in the bathroom. Another issue was the hairdryer provided in the room, which was stained with some kind of white, unidentified substance. This makes it difficult to trust the hotel’s standards when it comes to disinfecting equipment for the next guests.. On the positive side, the are equipped with smart TVs, which is definitely appreciated! Unfortunately, the was a complete letdown. The choice was very limited – only two types of ham, boiled eggs, pancakes, some vegetables, fruit and 3 types of pastries. It’s a real shame, because this significantly affects the overall impression of the hotel. Additionally, the staff could use a bit more friendliness and a welcoming attitude towards the guests. I believe that, if the works on these points, will enjoy their stay much more😊 Service is great, food is delicious, are pretty nice. We had some problems with the reservation but great customer service was provided by Asiye and Arda . I highly recommend , We love staying here.
