Due to its rather small size it is good place to visit it with smaller kids who can have maybe their first contact with animals. Not much walking to go through the whole area. Possible to arrange your family picnic or rent your own corner for children's birthday party for example. Good option spend a day out with your kids. Short distance from Tallinn by car, ca 40 km Small, yet very cosy zoo. Extremely curious animals, make sure to take some veggies from the ticketier :) are not tired like in a zoo. It was very nice to get access to the inside part of the animal houses, especially when the weather is bad. A lot of very gorgeous horses.
