In the summer, we discovered a family of wild at our summer house. We fed them for a while, but it eventually became a problem, so we decided to find them a new home. We contacted a shelter about our situation, and they sent someone with a special cage. He spent more than a day trying to catch all the cats, but later we agreed that if he leaves the equipment with us, we could try to catch the remaining ourselves. Over the next few days, we managed to catch them all and brought them to the shelter. Some later, we saw the we had caught featured on the shelter’s website, looking for new families. It’s an amazing place where incredible people work. Looks well taken care of and meticulous place. Nobody speaks English or even Estonian there though. Only Russian, which is curious, since I thought the people there would be local. And, of course, foreigners can’t take for walks, because you need and Estonian ID cars with a chip. I got my little dog from here last week, I'd checked their website beforehand and selected that interested me. When we arrived, the manager decided that only two of my favourites would be suitable for a family with kids. We got to meet the dogs, make our minds and got all paperwork sorted straight away. Now we are happy owners of a lovely rescue dog. The place was tidy and the were well kept, clean and happy. Would recommend this place. The hostile lady who runs this place is just m i s e r a b l e. She's so rude it's actually laughable - she's way too old to have zero manners or basic communication skills. I feel deeply sorry for her and everyone in her life because it must be pure torture living like that. The poor animals here are treated terribly and I feel so bad for all of them. I visited three times to take a dog for a walk and each the had awful diarrhea. Someone needs to protect these poor babies. Very bad service. If they treat customers rudely and arrogantly then I dare to imagine do they treat animals better? I would really want to help their and but I am not sure the money goes to the right hands :( Enjoyed walking with several times there. Last though, quite rudely were refused a walk with a dog at 3pm. Closing according to internet is 4pm. But according to the administrator 12pm was latest to get a dog. This didn’t really make sense to me because other people were still walking at 3pm, but keep that in mind when you plan a visit on a weekend. A great clinic with friendly staff. We adopted a 5-year-old cat from their shelter. Unfortunately, it turned out that he was seriously ill. We weren’t informed about his condition, but since he had been living in the same room with all the other cats, I believe the staff didn’t know either. He was diagnosed with several severe illnesses, including FIV, FIP, and herpesvirus. The vets explained that in the past, with such diagnoses were usually euthanized because there was no treatment. Now, experimental treatments have become available, but they are still in the testing phase and cost thousands of euros. Despite this, the clinic kindly offered to hospitalize him and cover all the treatment costs themselves. Sadly, our cat didn’t survive and spent only a short with us. But we will always remember him and hope that in his final days, he finally understood what it means to be part of a loving family. Unfortunately, I don’t know the names of the vets we saw. I hope the clinic replies to this comment, as we’d love to continue bringing our other cat to them. Terrible place, price triple with all kind extra service, and with not normal price, extra for gloves, nites, materials..and another they tried to take many labratests and some which is no needed at all only for take extra money.
