A perfect short hike with a doggo! Around 10 min going to walk to the lake with the blue springs. For getting there you have to leave the highway and take the side road, has a spacious parking lot. A nice 20-30 walk from the parking lot just out of the highway. In winter with snow has a magic atmosphere, during spring or summer unfortunately the whole park is not very well curated so it's a nice walk in the nature with three or four natural spring water lakes. Pros: easy walk also for kids or pets, stunning nature, there is a tavern I'd you want to eat something. Cons: not really curated, can be very slippery with ice or super muddy with rain. BOTTOM LINE : beautiful and peaceful walk in the woods to tranquil BLUE springs. PRO : close to Tallinn, and an easy hike. weekdays are very quiet, with very few people. springs are very, very pretty. CON : I wish there were more. Lovely place, but needs a bit more attention from the government to make it tidy and safe. Plenty of rubbish and fallen trees, at some point is not very safe as you can easily slip down the hill and break your neck or end up in the water )) It’s prettier in the winter for sure.
