Cosy common room. Kitchen a little old fashioned, but toilets and showers warm and spotless. 25 min walk over the footbridge to town. Good place, not so long distance to Røros centrum if to want to walk. Very good service. But I would update the place and have a good cleaner 😉 otherwise we had a pleasant time there. Very nice place to camp and hike in the areas around the amazing city of Roros Good location, OK price for a room in the main building, but the place feels neglected. It's dated, dirty and there's random stuff like mattresses, lamps and boxes in the hallway. The kitchen is also dirty and it could benefit from a good clean and some signs saying where the stuff is supposed to be placed, as it is not clear and things end up everywhere. Great camping but overcrowded because it is the only one around! The large living room and two large kitchen are awesome for tent campers. Bathrooms are definitely too small for such a crowd, but if we are here that means vacations, that means we can wait in line for 5 min without complaining… Access to the city is quick thanks to the pedestrian bridge. The main problem here is clearly not the camping, but the disrespectful and noisy people (someone was playing loud video games at 23:00, a family was super loud the next day until 23:00 too…) Very beautiful places.
