The was not present at all, we did not know what to do or how to manage the and the room because they poorly explained to us how it functions. The jump space is dark and it is difficult to see the kids. If you want to book a birthday consider other alternatives, because for what it costs the service is not worth it. What unfortunately annoyed me was when I ordered a double espresso (pretty good) I asked for a glass of tap water. I was told that it is their policy not to use cups for that and that I had to buy water in plastic bottle. Came to the counter queue 15 minutes earlier. Wanted in the queue and when it's my turn, the counter girl just moved to another counter. Still I waited for someone to come to me but I was total helpless. Requested the lady on the next counter and she just gave my son the band which we didn't know how to put on. Vid ett tillfälle sprang ett annat barn in i min son och ingen i personalen verkade märka det. Caféområdet var rörigt och borden städades inte snabbt. Barnen hade ändå lite kul, men jag gick därifrån besviken. Jag besökte trampolinparken med några vänner, och även om det var roligt att hoppa i början märkte vi snabbt att stället inte var särskilt rent. På golvet vid skumgropen låg snacksförpackningar, och toaletterna var dåligt skötta. Vi fick också vänta ganska länge på att prova baskettrampolinerna, vilket var lite besvikande. Dear readers, I am writing this review to express my disappointment with JumpYard and the birthday that was organized for my child. Unfortunately, the was cut short due to a fire alarm that went off in the building where it was taking place. While this was beyond the company's control, their response to the situation was unacceptable. As a parent, I was shocked to learn that the company's did not provide any assistance or support to the guests during the evacuation, including the children who were present, same Instead, they appeared to be more concerned with their own safety and quickly fled the premises without providing any guidance or direction to the guests. This behavior endangered the lives of their customers, including the children who were scared of screaming alarm and guests who couldn’t understand if it’s for real or just some training. After the incident, I attempted to contact JumpYard via email several times and phone to express my concerns and request a refund or some form of compensation, but have yet to receive a response from them. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, and has left me feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed with the company's level of customer service. In addition, we had paid for a full package, but due to the early termination of the event, we only received a partial service. We were not refunded for the remaining time, despite having paid for it in advance. In conclusion, I cannot recommend JumpYard to others, and would strongly advise anyone considering organizing a with them to proceed with caution. The behavior of their during the evacuation was unacceptable, and their lack of response and accountability after the incident has only added to my disappointment. If anyone from JumpYard is reading this review, I implore you to take responsibility for what happened and address the concerns of your customers. It is simply not acceptable to ignore the safety of your customers, especially the children, or the concerns they have after such an event. We've been to Jumpyard several times and my ask me on a daily basis to go back because they love it so much. It's clean & save, is friendly but also stern if children don't follow the rules which I appreciate to keep everyone safe during jumping. We celebrated my son's birthday and I was actually amazed how great it was. The were super friendly & attentive, always had a smile on their face and a positive attitude, even though it was hectic at times for them as there were several birthday parties at the same time, we never felt forgotten or them rushing us or anything. They even swapped the food for one of the when I asked them for an alternative, without charging us extra which I appreciated. I brought my own cake and they stored it in the fridge for us, then even unpacked and put it on a cake stand. I felt like I could really focus on the guests and my own which I really appreciated as it can sometimes be a bit stressful as a parent to make sure everyone enjoys themselves.
