Service is nice and food very good. +++ We came back again and there is new wooden terrace as well as open terrace. I would suggest to start with delicious nettle soup we always take as local specialty. If you are very hungry go for meat platte. And we took strudels ... cherry, cheese and apple are on offer. And for drink go for local Velebitsko light or dark or my favorite Kasacko as something in between. When visiting this part of Velebit this is where we finish our day. The local dishes is excellent. There are several rooms, but most of the bees are in dormitory Nice and clean room. On top of that they have such a great kitchen with variety of meals. We tried at least 7 different meals and every one was exceptionally great. Large dish, you won't stay hungry and all that for a reasonable price. Try their home made cheese. From that location you have great choice of directions for visiting Velebit, beautiful nature. Very nice and quiet without typical turistic traffic. We met two times very friendly and patient young waiter with English. Dishes was nice in prices. And so nice view for Velebit mountains. We must be here again next year. After ordering a meal, the waitress came 30 minutes later saying they no longer have it. Soup was so salty I could not eat it. Main dish was OK. Outside chairs uncomfortable. Bili smo gosti restorana na večeri. Imali su vrlo ograničeni izbor hrane u odnosu na popis na jelovniku. Konobar je donio prilog koji nisam naručio, u pola večere naručeni prilog, naplatio i pogrešno doneseni prilog. Ipak, hrana je bila ukusna i obilna. Dosta je poskupilo a i porcije su slabe. Takoder vise nije ukusno kao prije. Dolazio sam cesto a od sada cu se prebacit u restoran Prasina. Danas sam jeo vinski gulas te cak nije bio podgrijan kako treba. Kiseo dosta, ili previse jeftina vina ili star. Konobare lasom trebas hvatat, dosta nezainteresirani. Kako sam prije bio odusevljen i vracao se, sada sam razocaran i nema me vise tu. U hostelu smo popili odličnu kavu u ugodnom i toplom atmbijentu. Usluga je vrhunska, a ugođaj pravi planinarski, restoran je lijepo ugrijan. U sirani smo kupili ličku basu, polutvrdi sir kubus te voćne jogurte od breskve i jagode, imaju izvrsne proizvode za svaku preporuku. We just stoped to eat as we got told its the higherst spot, expecting it to be really good. Boy were we wrong we ordered soup witch was swimming in oil.
