Facilities are spotlessly clean and well kept. Have been here a few times now and it's so peaceful and quiet. No children allowed but there's another site close by. Ian is always so helpful. The site is perfectly run, spotless, and incredibly peaceful. From the moment you arrive, Ian’s warm welcome sets the tone for the whole stay. It’s clear that everything here is done with care and attention to detail. There’s so much I could say: the pitches are immaculate, the beach is just steps away, and the small town of Monifieth is right on your doorstep. We often take the train into Broughty Ferry—it’s less than 4 minutes and makes for a fantastic afternoon out. Broughty Ferry itself is something special—full of independent shops, brilliant bars and restaurants, and thankfully none of the awful chains like Starbucks. It still feels local, lived-in, and proud of itself. Brilliant in every way. Consistently excellent. 5 stars plus! Great adult only site. Lovely friendly staff. Facilities are immaculate. 2minute walk to the beach. Shop's café all 5min walk from site and two golf courses within 5min walk. Great location.
